Coles Clemton Park

I went to Coles today and had such a great experience returning an item. The sales assistant Mariam was incredibly helpful, supportive and patient. We need more workers like her. Thank you!

I DO prefer Coles!!! I try to avoid Woolies as much as I can as I do not like them!!! I love your Clempton Village Store, it is lovely!!! And...it has lovely, helpful staff working there too!!! I have my dear Mother in Canterbury Hospital at present so I will be making good use of the store until she is moved to a Rehab. facility! My usual store is in Brighton-le-Sands! I always enjoy my shop there! Thank you Coles!!!

My review today is purely because of a young man by the name of Kian, he was very helpful and saw me struggling. He helped me take my items to the car. Excellent customer service. We need more people like him. Thank you Kian

I always think the staff and the store at Clemton park is great, but last night I was extra pleased. I had been to Liquorland, then popped into Coles to buy coffee and ice creams. I forgot my bag, as usual, so bought the paper bag . As I was leaving, the handle broke, smashing my wine and coffee all over the oor 😔. The staff were so amazing about it, went and got me a new coffee and the last box of ice creams 🙂. They were so quick to clean up and so apologetic even though it wasn't their fault at all. I was so embarrassed about the mess I made but they didn't make me feel awkward at all. Thank you Coles Clemton park,as always.

I came into Coles last week and was helped by a very kind gentleman Kian. I have never seen such good service in my 20 years of shopping at Coles. Thank you Kian for your kindness 🙏

Its nice to have a coles in the area. It's easily accessible and there is secure parking in the complex.

Huge branch, lots of options, I love this branch. There are other shops nearby. So you can stop, rest and have a coffee or an ice cream and then do the shopping. Huge parking as well 👍

Easiest and safest parking in the neighbourhood. Situated in Clempton Park Village the supermarket has a great community spirit. The staff mostly young people, are courteous, patient, kind and friendly. EDIT: With the exception of Mariam, who is rude, uncompassionate, impatient and downright nasty. She is horrific at customer service and needs to be sacked. END EDIT.

Nice and clean good-sized carpark

I actually loved going 2 Coles Clemton Park. This was the 1st time that I actually went there with my son. We both enjoyed it there. It is in a good location with a carpark underneath. It is a good store. It is very neat & tidy. The staff were fantastic. 👍

Nice grocery store. Sometimes low on stock on certain items. Staff is super friendly. Rayan in particular was very helpful.

Great place. Very clean and welcoming.
Staff members were amazing. I called at least 20 stores to find a formula for my child. They were very professional and helpful. They’ve held the formula tin for me till I got there.

I had a bad experience a few years ago that left me traumatised and the result was I didn't go back for a couple of years. Since I live very close by I was missing out on saving fuel and time, shopping close to where I live. I decided to go back and to my delight, the management changed staff and I've been going back ever since. The store is great, lots of undercover parking, great team, very helpful and friendly, nice bargains and I'm home in no time. Happy and satisfied. 👍🇦🇺

Definitely one of the better supermarkets in the local area. Clean, plenty of space to walk around and lots of products to choose from. Parking is extremely easy as well.

The next closest supermarket: Woolworths, Campsie should take notes.

Good location but no reception inside the shopping centre you have to prepared well before because you wont't be able to use phone/ internet inside
