Dropped in looking for a pair of Docs, other reviewer mentioned their range. The sales staff were very helpful in recommending a shoe and finding the right fit, and also provided good advice for care. Wide range of Docs as well as other brands.

I went into their shop for the first time today and although the shoe I wanted was unavailable in my size the staff were super helpful and helped me find an alternative shoe that looked great! I am so happy with my purchase and both staff were kind and helpful.

Doctor Martens Boots are the best Boots in the world of course, and the staff at Tredways Shoes are SO friendly, expensive shoes but they will last about ten years at least so they'll cost you about 23$ a year of course.

Parking is a little difficult in Beaufort street but still fairly easy to access. Big range with some good specials currently. Knowledgeable and friendly staff.

Absolutely appaling service from Nadia. Worst customer service at both theae stores that i have ever experienced. You drive all the way there to find out the sizes arent available, or you have to go to the other store or some other excuse. When i was surprised at the price there was no effort on her behalf to assist me only saying there are plenty of other options and just went back to her desk. You wonder why people get angry when you get swrvice like this. Ill go find something else somewhere else. Thats a sale you lost and plenty more for all the people i tell.
