Kmart Armadale

Customer service has definitely improved in the last year. Great for all your kmart needs, don't have most of the latest bedding as advertised online. Overall a lovely store and little behind other stores with layout.

Walking distance from Armadale train station. Shop is very clean, had lots of range and stock. Very happy.

Kind front of staff girl today helped my 84 yr old Dad by pointing him in the right direction to find what he was looking for. Unfortunately they didn’t have what he wanted, but upon our exit of the store the front staff member remembered him and had a little chat to us as we left. It’s a nice clean store, well laid out and lots of variety.

No secret, I'm a Kmart addict and I'm there almost every day. I love to have a wander around with my morning coffee, after the school run.
The store is well set out. I always go in for one specific item, and leave with note than I can carry comfortably.
The staff are for the most part amazing (with the exception of the grey haired lady that treats everyone like a shop lifter and is aggressively *helpful* when assisting with the self service checkouts
Literally every other staff member is a delight
Percy is always so friendly and welcoming. Always eager to assist in any way possible.

We went in to find men's work wear and found what we needed quickly and easily. The store was pretty clean and orderly, and the staff friendly.

Found alternatives to what I wanted. Freindly helpful staff.

Good place to shop for a variety of products that are needed in one's daily life (and life in general) and at a very reasonable price. Staff always helpful and friendly. Usually well stocked, and the "usually" part only due to the covid-19 issue and everything therein. Short (2-3 mins tops) walking distance from Armadale train station at a leisurely pace. Conveniently located in Armadale Shopping City, which in itself is a good place to shop, as well.

Very nice store. Plenty of merchandise to choose from. Prices are very good, plenty of specials. Clean and easy to navigate.

I had managed to lose one of my earbud headphones. A female staff member (sorry have forgotten your name now as was a month ago) Stopped to help me look under all the shelves where I had been. (They have a great range of stock now). We didn't find it.

Long story short we contacted centre management too to see if they had on the off chance had one handed in.
A few days later we called back to check in. Nothing was there. A few hours later, one of the security had gone over and above, checked in again - a cleaner had found one and we got it back!

I went to the Armadale KMart as I was after photos of the Queen to celebrate her life at our club. Young Grace in layby offered to help me print photos from my phone which I wasn't too clued up on. She was so helpful and obliging.Your store is so lucky to have a shop assistant like her.

The store looks good after their recent renovations, also the customer service reps at the tills were excellent. They made sure that all items were properly packed inside the bag and used paper to keep the glass vases safe. Top job!

My wife and me went to Kmart Armadale to buy a Copenhagen bike yesterday, the stock is not at the shelf hence we checked with a young staff, Peter Brom, at the check out counter. It was quite busy at that time but he took all the trouble to search if there is any stock available and tried his very best to speak to the store keeper to get the bike for us.
Upon returning home, i faced difficulty in getting the bike assembled due to a tight screw and i went back to get a replacement, again our experience with two girls at customer service are really pleasant and again, Peter came to help us to get the replacement immediately. Our sincere thanks to Kmart team who has helped us yesterday and I must said that is superb customer service.

Who doesn't love kmart? This store is well laid out and very well stocked. Staff are friendly and happy to help. The checkouts do get busy and you will have to queue as everyone loves Kmart!

Great store, can always find things much cheaper than at other places and the staff they employ here are lovely!

Saw someone getting bashed lol and the returns people are usually nice, along with the team members. (Pro tip: don't be a Karen, it's detrimental to the employees health and they're only doing their job that probably pay less than yours. They already experience it almost daily, don't add to it.)

Kmart is awesum for kids sock. The staff are very helpful. Great range off dog treats n pet stuff. Good fair prices 2

My partner went to Armadale Kmart to print some photos of our triplets and he did it wrong. The beautiful and lovely Joanne to the rescue and help him print the photos and choose the frames. Highly recommend her.
