Wonderful customer service! I bought a set of Signature Blend & Shade pencils from a stationery store, which themselves are a really nice pencil to use and give beautiful results. However I had terrible lead breakage and some pencils needed constant sharpening before lead stopped falling out. I contacted Crayola and they advised this absolutely should not be the case and it’s likely the leads had been shattered by being dropped or mishandled. They were extremely apologetic and sent out a replacement set immediately which I received within a few days. Am very impressed with both the product and the customer service to resolve the issue. As an adult colourist I’m very happy with the signature range and would definitely buy again. Thank you.

Eay place to deliver to. Everything neat and tidy. Good forklift drivers.

Warehouse management plays favourites and very divisive. Warehouse management gossips, targets people and very toxic. Stay away!

Its an ok job.
-But dirty place, politics, take advantage of u, job timing is not regular.
Colleagues are a plus.

Sur la peau de mon enfant même avec du savon il reste encore des marques ! Je vais en informer l'agence de santé publique Suisse car de plus rien de mentionné sur l'emballage quant à la composition des produits, étrange !
