Adairs Head Office

I just thought I would give a review for the wonderful help I got from Adairs. I ordered one of their beautiful towels yesterday and although their website took the money, my order didn't update. Instead I got an email from Adairs to say "did I want to complete the order". In other words the order hadn't actually gone through. After a telephone call with Lisa who was very helpful, she said she would "fix it". Not more than an hour later I got a scanned copy of my invoice detailing what I was buying and including my payment. I was delighted.

I had an issue with an online order today and contacted Customer Service. They couldn't have been more friendly or helpful. In no time, they had the issue resolved to my complete satisfaction. I've shopped at a number of stores as well as online and always found the staff to be fantastic. Love the products, love the service. 10/10.

I never leave negative feeback because people are trying their best. But Adairs breaks that rule. Hopeless... joined paid my membership then nothing. If it was not for a wonderful lady in Perth store I would have left and never shopped there again. This lady showed what human contact to resolve issues is all about. Online is still a problem. Adairs retained a customer rather than losing one. I even received a follow up phone call to keep me up to date. Adairs should think about rewarding this service. I still think online needs work. WELL DONE Perth.
