ALDI Salamander Bay

After many years of increasing frustration I've finally become an Aldi convert... it's definitely saving me money and I'm certainly saving time as their checkout operators are so fast.
They don't have to be cajoled into opening another checkout if there are a few people waiting... the staff are all lovely.
Sure, I can't get everything I want there but I'm finding that I can get most things now and I'm very happy with the quality of it all.

Friendly.
Fast.
Cheap.
Great shopping, so many bargains.

Staff are very helpful and friendly. Happy to say young people seem to be more helpful and happy lately, maybe coz covid is "over"?

I couldn't be happier with the service I have received in this store over the past 5 years! The staff are so friendly and are more than happy to go above and beyond to help in every way possible! Such an efficient and quick way to shop with absolutely everything you need to feed the family! And all the special buys are truly the cherry on top! Thank you Aldi and your staff at the salamander bay store for making this Covid crisis a little less painful by turning up and working your butt's off! We appreciate all that you do!

The new ALDI store at Salamander is great. There is natural light, the store fitout is clean and fresh, and they look like they have added to the range of goods available. Added a star, though you still have to fight with Port Stephens pensioners on a Saturday morning! 😂

They have opened up the new Aldi at salamander Bay. I went in there and had a look around. It’s very spacious and it’s quite nice The only thing I noticed was at the checkout there was only two checkouts open and there was about 10 people at each checkout waiting to be served. When I mentioned to the lady at the checkout that there’s a lot of people behind me she push the button and another check out was opens a little while later part from that, it was quite a nice experience going to the new Aldi

Love the new Salamander Bay Aldi. The new store is twice the size of the old one and the centre aisle goes 1.75 the length of the store. Gotta love that.😉

Yes I went to Aldi today and got just a few things I needed As I was up that end of the shops

Amazing staff chris there was helpful nice and offered to carry the box to the counter for me. Clean happy place with heaps of items. I will be coming back and i cant say how wonderful chris was to help it was good customer service

Really clean only problem I've got is not enough big bloke frozen meals please get the pasta one back🙂

Friendly staff. Too many queue jumpers who just walk to the front doors without joining a queue of 50 people plus.

Store should manage queues before opening better.

Popped in to purchase a few things, happy with the items and pricing. Also the young male cashier was polite & bubbly.
