Dan Murphy's Cheltenham

I bought this rum today. I'm not a big rum fan, but this one is delicious! The guy at the store gave me a membership price, even though the deal was no longer on. Excellent customer service, the staff is very nice and helpful. I'm happy to visit this store again and again.

Fantastic service. Ordered a large party order and was assured that unused ( kept in mint condition ) unopened boxes of champagne, wine and beer could be returned and credited. True to their word they made the return and credit fast and friendly. Truly an excellent feature of Dan Murphy's. They were super helpful when ordering as well.

Wide variety of wines and spirits at great prices for members, they even carry your boxes to the car...!!

I always get great service for Dan Murphy's Cheltenham. It's a modern store with ample parking. Sometimes I order online and within 30 mins it's ready to pick up. That said I also enjoy viewing wines on the shelf with the notes written on the specials. I have found good wines that I wouldn't have tried if not for those recommendations. If ordering on line just follow the instructions and send a return text and staff will bring you purchase to you car boot. Excellent service.

Staff are polite, friendly. They have a wide selection of beers, especially non-alcoholic ones.

Dan's at Cheltenham is a smidgeon better than some other DM stores I have been in.
Can't say why, but it had a good vibe to it.

Love the staff here at my store in Cheltenham. Very friendly and helpful. Members prices are an advantage also.
