Bunnings Victor Harbor

We visited as an outing for aged care residents looking to purchase plants for their site. The staff kindly provided us with a craft package to take back to the site. The cafe is good too.

I don't normal give 5 stars but today I will. I had a terrible experience with Bunnings Support Centre. They were rude and uninterested but whilst I was on the phone with them, my wife was on the phone with Bunnings in Victor Harbor, speaking with Mick from tools. My warranty issue, the one I'm having difficulty with Corporate Support Centre, is being remedied by Mick. We're from out of State and wanted to know what we could do with non working drill. Mick sorted it all, we drove to VH, handed over 5 month old drill, replaced with a new one. What a godsend Mick was. Maybe Mick should be used as training vehicle for the Support Centre as they may learn something. He was there from our arrival until we left and saw transaction through to the end. He's a champion in my book. I hope the store appreciates him.

David was very lovely at the front counter. He made our shopping experience enjoyable and cheerful, and we especially loved his Christmas spirit! He made sure we got the very best deal with the products we were after, and ensured we were walking away happy customers!
Love that he’s a man of functional systems to make things operate as smoothly as possible.

New Bunnings store in Victor Harbor is a welcome relief to good products at an affordable price.
Not many people in there and the staff were very friendly.

Always friendly staff to assist you if u r ‘stuck’ being such a large place it’s not always easy to find what u r looking for especially as I am a stoke victim, I suffer from short term memory loss, even though I was told where the item may be located, I find myself going back and asking again (rather embarrassing)

Victor Harbor staff are very helpful and friendly ! Popped into Bunnings to get a few things and Ryan was excellent he organised a special order ! Ryan was friendly and courteous and nothing was too much trouble and he listened to my request with interest and acted upon it ! All the team are excellent and very friendly ! Raddy my dog loves his dog Bunnings jacket also ! Highly recommend Bunnings Victor Harbor !we also love Sarah she gave me a bandana trade Fluro ! Who doesn't like Bunnings. Once you buy the necessary items, you get to buy some fun things. Like plants. Some lovely plants and lucky me, 2 were discounted. I'm the winner.

For once got a friendly cashier near the entrance that saw me looking puzzled when I got in. She politely asked what I was looking for and directed me to the place. Later ,on the checkout ,she was pleasant. I wish all the staff everywhere were like her. As we age we appreciate good manners and a friendly smile.

Best selection as usual. I used my Powerpass account, picked up the plumbing bits and pieces and was off within 8 minutes. I would recommend this Bunnings store.
