Great day out. Beautiful grounds. Kids had a ball exploring.

It's a beautiful park adjacent to the playground and bowls club. There are BBQ's, a playground and the fair grounds, making this an ideal park for family outings. It's also within walking distance of the CBD as well as the skate park and tennis courts. And, of course, a beautiful beach is right there, just a few steps away.

This memorial reserve, to honour soldiers from the Second World War, has plenty of seating and a barbecue area. It is tree lined and has both a paved walkway and lovely lawns. Situated next to the car park by the tourist information centre, the reserve looks onto a view of Granite Island and the surrounding coastline. There are toilets, bike racks, dog-poo disposal bags, and a playground next to the reserve. These areas are always clean and maintained to a high standard. This memorial reserve is a different park to the Soldiers Memorial Gardens.

Well maintained foreshore reserve.
Shady trees, grass, BBQ facilities, Toilets, Playground equipment. Easy access to parking. Doubles as the venue for a Sunday Market. Close to beautiful beach and all the primary VH tourist attractions.
All in all, a great balance.

Lovely grassed area with plenty of shade and a few BBQ areas with seating and cover. Also a great playground for kids with toilets nearby! All round winner!

It beautiful I highly recommend it there's a kid's playground via the park with old steam train to play on further toilets. And information centre with kiosk you can buy meals drinks there sit outside .

A lovely garden overlooking the Pt Elliott foreshore. We only stopped for a drink and a bite to eat. Would be a perfect place to lay out your rug and enjoy an extended picnic.

Kept beautifully. ..great kids park..toilets..bbq areas..on the beach..plenty of parking. .walk to everything. Just fabulous. 5☆s

On a nice day it's a lovely place to come and relax, with the kids or without.

Fantastic place. Love the whale tale fountain. My little dog loves all the trees.

I lovely place to sit and remember our brave soldiers and there are very interesting plagues with dates of different conflicts makes one very proud to be an aussie

The Foreshore Markets were on this reserve when I visited. An eclectic lot of stalls.
