This is a great place to visit if you love wine, it is after all a wine bar. And spirits and beer! I wasn't here when the kitchen was open, so can't rate the meals. I did however, enjoy one of the many craft beers available. The wonderful Eva was bang on with her knowledge of both wine and beer (a rare gem)! The court yard out the back is the perfect place to bring friends; which is what I'll do when I next visit. Please give it a go 👍😁

Just devine! Had been on a foodie and art birthday weekend with friends and walked past at lunchtime on our last day. 5✨ on absolutely everything! I can personally only rate the food as I don't drink alcohol - the menu was small but a very close 2nd in french flavours and service, to our saturday lunch at famous Du Fermiere. We were also over the moon that our 2 small dogs were welcomed to sit with us while we dined inside, even though there was outside seating available - unheard of in Melbourne and a lovely touch. Thank you for a superb end to our weekend!

At the wine bar, deciding between two bottles, the lady asked me, “Do you know what ‘DEFIALY’ stands for?” When I admitted I didn’t, she smiled and said, “Don’t Ever Forget I’ll Always Love You.” It was a truly special night in Kyneton.

Such a lovely chill place. I love everything about this place. Food, wine, decor, cord yard and dog friendly. The staff and the owner are lovely too. Perfect place for a day out with friends over lite food and good wine!

Gorgeous spot! Food and selection of wine is fabulous! The courtyard is amazing. So peaceful and lots of space for the kids to run around.

What an incredible venue for our ladies lunch! The staff were super accommodating (and amazing) and made everything easy for a perfect day. The food was absolutely fabulous, and the service was top-notch - with so many brilliant and local wines available. The location was stunning, and it made for a brilliant day. Came in to buy a bottle of local wine and was greeted with warm service and a beautiful stylish interior. I ended up staying for a glass of wine, which was delicious. I didn’t try the food as it was 4pm but it looked amazing!

Stumbled across this little gem in the heart of Kyneton, late one Friday night. It offers a sublime menu of tasty and interesting morsels to accompany a wide range of exceptional wines. Truly a delightful and cosy spot on a cold night. Customer service A+!!

Walked past this place on ANZAC day weekend and stayed for a few hours. Food and wine was great and so affordable. Great decor and setting.

Excellent, laid back wine bar in which to chill.. Excellent pinot (made by the barman from grapes grown in Malmsbury) and beautifully cooked pork cutlet with maple sauce. Pork accompanied with the most delightful mash potatoes…Well worth a visit.

I’m a non drinker but this place was too charming to walk past. I dragged a drinking friend out with me to try it. A deep winter evening, it was so cosy inside, welcoming and lots of seating options over 3 rooms. The wine selection process was a fun experience from a very engaging and knowledgeable lady who was excited to share the local wine gems. Beautiful stemware too. A really lovely spot, I’ll be back with more drinkers soon!

Recently opened, this place is amazing! In a beautiful historic Victorian building with an extensively stocked wine shop, front bar, lounge and gardens all presented with a loving and discerning touch. Every detail is pleasing, comfortable and exciting.
The best wine/beer garden in the region by a country mile.
