I traveled 2 hours as i heard good things about this place. I'm a first time customer at Bolton's. Brought my bike in today for a service, tyre fitment and new seat etc. I was looked after in the service department by a new fella Matt.(I think?) Very professional out fit indeed. Highly recommend. Even the sales staff were very friendly/helpful whilst I was perusing the new bikes and stock.

Just had a small mail order for bits I couldn't find elsewhere. Arrived very quickly and, for such a small order, I got a stubby holder also. Great service and I'm putting the freebie to use.

I was served by Matt who was very professional and thorough, i told him what i was after and he steered me in the right direction, we negotiated a price i couldn't refuse and its been smiles ever since! The after sales from the team has been great and their prices remain competitive.

I don’t do many reviews but felt compelled to do one for Boltons.
I’m been a frequent customer of late since getting back on Ktm’s and my sons riding too, mainly for servicing and parts.

I can not speak more highly of Boltons, probably the best old fashioned service I’ve seen in a couple of decades. I’ve bugged the hell out of Max in workshop and Alex in the shop on several occasions and they’ve bent over backwards to help me, even pushing my sons 50 to the front of the line to be finished for his bday on time. I was being looked after at the counter last week and I reckon 6 different people asked if I was being looked after.

Rob has been fantastic. I had to call him from remote flinders ranges with radiator issues and he got me out of the trouble over the phone. I am mechanical enough but with Rob’s help was able ride back. The team at Bolton motors are awesome.

Bolton Motorcycles are terrific and I can’t praise them highly enough. Excellent customer service, polite, courteous and helpful. Boltons is what great service looks like. Technically excellent in servicing my motorcycle and the store is large with a wide range of bikes and accessories. Well worth the 70km ride from Bendigo to Kyneton and back. Alex Bolton is a great guy who knows his stuff and Carol on the front desk is a delight. the Five stars!

Bought 6 bikes so far from Bolton's - a KTM 380, 125, 200, another 200, 300 and the latest, a 2017 300 EXC 6Day. Always worth the drive from Melbourne, all the bikes have been set up better than standard - lots of tips from Bruce, Fred and the rest of the staff helps too. My 2017 300 came jetted perfectly, wow, guys who bought their 300EXCs from the big Melbourne shops are always complaining about poor bottom end power and high fuel consumption - while mine runs perfectly, never overheats and gets 120km plus of trailriding from a tank! The shop's in the middle of some good riding areas too, so you can have a ride on the way back to Melbourne! Cheers, Simon J.

Rang up the day prior to book in for a RWC inspection but was told they would get the job done in between jobs within a few days which I was happy with. Dropped the bike into Alex first thing in the morning and job was done to my surprise within a few hours. Awesome customer service from Alex and everyone else I dealt with. Highly recommended ✊🏼

Incredible service from start to finish - they exceeded my expectations in customer service. It was such a pleasant experience to deal with everyone at Boltons Kyneton with getting my Vespa roadworthy and in order, they even organised pickup and delivery - couldn’t be happier - HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I recently reached a point where I was staring at a costly repair due to my own fault, I had a stripped bolt that went really bad(engine out) when I attempted to fix it myself. The staff at Boltons, in particular Jai and Ash reassured me that they had it covered, no worries. Well I cannot praise their efforts enough, in a very short turnaround I'm back on the saddle and very appreciative for the whole experience.

Just had my new KTM 1290GT serviced by these folks. I have to say the people at Bolton's Motorcycles are really great.
Even though they were incredibly busy straight after Easter they were very professional and courteous.
An easy 1 hour ride out of Melbourne I highly recommend them for anyone's servicing needs.
