Very helpful staff, they stayed back for me as I had an issue with my script and needed the doctor to send me a new one. Understanding and compassionate. I appreciated it very much!

Great customer service and very friendly staff. This stocks a huge variety of products. I love not having to go into town to get my script filled too.

I totally recommend this Chemist. Whenever I have visited there I have found the staff friendly and informative. All of their prices are much cheaper than the other stores. Keep up the good work you do!

I found the staff very patient and helpful, ( I am elderly) and am pleased to have transferred my business over to Caboolture Chemist Discount Centre where I can get everything I need.

Great little local chemist - sometimes staff can be a bit scarce whilst multi-tasking to keep the store tidy and front counter covered, but overall the team is friendly, their shelves are stocked well and the pharmacy staff are helpful. One pharmacist in particular (I wish I’d taken notice of her name!) has been incredibly helpful with some new medication, making sure I had all the info and equipment I needed for it!

I know it's not the business owners fault and it's just a rude staff member hence why I am not leaving one star however had an awful experience with the pharmacist today. Indirectly hinted I am either a drug addict or I must be giving out prescription heartburn tablets to everyone in Caboolture (you don't even need a prescription to get Nexium so doesn't really make sense).

Then tried to grill me on what I should be doing for my disease which she didn't even know what it was when I first said it. I do have a specialist and I know every trigger and reason under the sun for why I feel the way I do.

Just going to pick up a prescription and not to have the detective pharmacist give me the third degree for 10 minutes about my disease and if I am doing enough to treat it (I am).

The front counter staff are always really friendly and the chemist is stocked well.

They never have stock of anything i need with prescriptions so best to go to chemist warehouse no problems up there

What a terrible experience in trying to get scripts filled. Incompetent lazy staff and they don't carry half the medications you need. One hour and 20 minute wait to be told they only have 2 out of the 5 items on the script which they never informed me about otherwise i would have gone elsewhere . I highly recommend you find another chemist to get your script filled as during my wait time 3 other customers were also having problems.

Have had too many issues to mention with this pharmacy. My husband is a veteran and is on a lot of medication which is vital and essential. His doctor has had to ring them on two occasions to sort out the problems with releasing his medications which they have withheld for reasons of lack of communication from pharmacist to staff and other reasons. The trouble to change to another pharmacy would be an issue but now I feel I have to for my husbands health.

This is the second time I have been to this pharmacy and experienced woeful service. The first time the assistant was extremely rude and not helpful, and the second time which was today, it is clear that the team need more training (although this would be extremely challenging to improve when your staff act as if they don't even want to be at work). There is a general feeling that I have received as a customer in this store, that the staff don't really want to assist you and they make you feel as though you are an inconvenience and they don't really want to help. I will definitely not attend again and will be shopping at Big Fish junction pharmacy moving forward.

i went into this store for the first time ever today and the staff were so rude to me. i walked in and said hello, and got no reply. then i asked if they had a specific item in stock and the lady looked up at me with an annoyed facial expression and said “um no we don’t have that” and rolled and eyes and looked back down at what she was doing and so i was like okay thank you have a good day and i got no reply.

Customer service here this morning was disgusting. My husband injured his back earlier today & called into this chemist after school drop off to get something for it.... He was basically chased out of the shop by a woman with a broom.
Apparently it was because they were broken into last night - but there was no sign up to say they were closed & the doors unlocked etc.... He was made to feel like he was the one that had robbed them!?
There is a way of dealing with people... and this woman needs a reality check.... regardless of what else might be going on behind the scenes. Based on many of the other reviews, it doesn't look as though this is an uncommon occurrence at this place.
Better to go around the corner to Terri White, or up the road to Chemist Warehouse in future.

Went into this chemist today which is my local chemist. Me and my 5 kids had to wait over half an hour to wait for my script to be done. Once done I go to pay for it and the price of a puffer for my asthma( bronucular)went up in price. I was 20 cents short and I asked if I can bring back the 20 cents tomorrow as I don't have on me amd rhey wouldn't let me do that. So they were happy for me to have a asthma attack and surely didn't care. People from the public started giving me coins ro pay the 20 cents but it shouldnt have come to that. I will never shop hear again.

They really shouldn’t lie about not having certain medicine . I went in with my script and she straight up said no they didn’t have any of what i needed to which in fact they sure did because I pre called the other worker about it ! It’s very dishonest. People clearly have scripts for reasons if you got stock sell it !
