Hungry Jack's Burgers Glasshouse Southbound

The 2 ladies that were on shift today 03/03/2024 were fantastic. They had no other staff but somehow they managed to serve everyone in the restaurant and in the drive-thru. They were so busy, but politely explained that they were short-staffed and apologised to everyone. I'm an owner/manager and even I don't keep that cool under those circumstances. Well done girls!

Good rest spot. Tables and chairs available outside in a lawned area. Anyone arriving back from Brisbane Airport, is also dropped off just in front of the tables and chairs area. Quick drive thru at the servo. I feel weird being asked if the atmosphere was good...at HJs drive thru...like there were the traditional mini half dead hedge things on the side of the roady bit..idk it's HJ drive thru...typical style.

The burgers and chips were beautiful, we really enjoyed our late lunch.

Great food, we have never had a problem with this hungry jacks. The food is always fresh and actually quite tasty compared to some other locations. The only downside is it is small and can get crowded if you want to dine in but its well worth the crowd for the fresh cooked food. 🍳

Walked into a very clean restaurant and was greeted by a very friendly young staff member, I was served straight away and when I got my food it was put together with care not just thrown together like some of the other stores I've been to....The management should be very proud of the staff they have. Big thumbs up 👍 and thanks again for your smiling face & great service tonight....🙏

Food was excellent, recently had some burgers from a different Hungry Jacks store with a voucher, and it was just horrible. Today's burgers were very tasty, the fries were hot and yum, and Hungry Jack's thick shakes leave McDonald's for dead. You restored my faith again. Thank you so much.

They got the order correct and the food was really good quality. For me? Possibly the most reliable hungry jack's in Queensland. I'll be heading here next time I have the craving for one of their burgers because it seems none of the others are capable.

It is the Roadhouse version with a drive through service at the end of the Service Station though its not a walk through from Station to Dinner. Wheelchair accessibility to the building with smooth ramp access into and around the complex. Very enjoyable lunch experience clean throughout and friendly staff. Great service and food as always from Hungry Jacks.

OMG!!! This was literally the best food I have EVER tasted! Unmatched experience that left it's mark on me. I'm afraid to eat anywhere else. I've never eaten such moist buns in my life.
The service was exceptional, and achieved with such sophistication it was like being in a gourmet restaurant. I genuinely feel like I knew the staff, and I am more than glad to call them family.
Thank you for the memories and I promise, with every bite I take of your food, I will cherish every moment to it's fullest. The burgers really ARE better at McDonalds.
