Zamzam Village Grocer

Great value shop: tomatoes, cucumbers and bananas well priced. They have their own butcher in too with a good selection of meat cuts. If you tube into their socials, you'll notice the special deals they got.

Also vegetables you wouldn't find at your local Woolies, Coles or Aldi (like smaller eggplants, long melon, bitter melon). And the greens (like mint, Parsley, dill etc - fresh!).

They also have quite a few items imported from abroad (e.g. sweets, pasta, chocolates from Turkiye - even croissants from Iran which were quite the novelty). One of my go to places for a well priced shop in Sydney.

The fruit / veg bins at the front are a good idea (can easily save a bit more getting items from there too).

Staff are friendly and helpful too. Always appreciate the good service from the butchers section. Peeps at the till are quite helpful as well and management really on it to make it a good experience to shop there.

There is validated parking at the top of the building (edited: do a minimum shop of $5 and you can get one and a half hours of free parking - which is epic given its Auburn and parking is a premium - car is safe and secure up top whilst you shop that great value). Definitely helpful as it's always a challenge getting parking in Auburn during business hours.

Give them a look in - you will be pleasantly surprised. They are on the socials too (Instagram, Tiktok, etc).

The only tragedy for me is living further out west - I do miss this place.

Better than major brands out there and carries a wider range at lower prices. Manager even works on the floor, and humble enough to be able to take direction from staff and customers alike. Great place I shop regularly at.

Everything you need in one place. Wide aisles for trolleys and prams. Regularly cleaned. Great selection of fresh produce. Halal butcher. Wide range of cross cultural grocery items. From middle Eastern to south Asian. It’s a one stop shop. Free parking on the rooftop with proof of purchase in-store accessible via ramp or elevator. Very convenient, Thank you!

Fantastic customer service, lot of products , reasonable price

Having this shop in Auburn is excellent . we needed this . i had some very good experience and some not so good experience . for example , i bought three chickens few days ago and while cooking there were only 2 drumstick 🍗 pieces . So , someone not doing the right thing at the back. i know make sure i check what i buy.
anyways , apart from some odd bad experience here and there … i’m giving 5 star as we need this shop around . i wish them all the best and hope they survive in the area among all the other competitions:

This is a nice place that sells a good variety of fruits vegetables, groceries and meats. I did a quick shopping here but staff were polite and friendly. I will go back to explore it further.

Since the opening of Zamzam Village they been doing so well as a grocery store. Everything you would ever need as an Arab you would find it there ( in terms of groceries off course)
The meat there is so fresh ALL Halal aswell
Everything is reasonably priced ، you can find any type of spice any rice ( even Iraqi Ambar rice) there any Arabic food or drinks you think you won't be able to find in Australia you can find it there, as well as your usual Western products that you can buy from the shops. Staff are so helpful, friendly and truly care about their customers. It is also managed very well.

I'm really happy seeing Zamzam Village doing so well just like the og Zamzam corner grocery store. It's very reputable grocery store among Iraqis that been around for decades in Sydney. Happy for their expansion
