Small BWS with a limited range but still good options of beers, wines, and spirits. Friendly helpful staff.

Great location and staff are always helpful and friendly, though I'm deducting 2 stars for whatever that horrible air freshener is pumping through the aircon.

It smells like an overpowering cutting compound, you can't stay in the store for too long without getting overwhelmed and an instant migraine. Please for the love of God, get rid of it. Couldn't be healthy for the staff to be breathing that in all day!

Good for us that live upstairs, convenience is great.
But.
Full of overpriced private labelled Pinnacle Drinks products. Good specials on occasion if you know what to look for.
Woolies affiliated outlet taking the average Joe for a ride because most of us dont know any better.
Gone are the days of the OG people focussed retailer.
Nice fresh store though as to be expected but I'd rather go to Costco, IGA Liquor or shop online if i have the time.
Better options if you are prepared to shop around.

You should update the time on google map. It says will close on 10:00pm. When we came here it was already closed. Washing our time！！！！！！

Guy serving was plastered and made suggestive comments to the girl who was with us - very very poor behaviour

Worst service ever. I ordered through pick up and when I reached to the store they told me they don’t have drinks that I ordered. When I ask for refund they said they did it already and it’s been 9 days I haven’t gotten anything so I called again today and they told me there was no refund made before and they will make one for me now. So if I didnt call I would never get my money back. Are you trying to scam you customers or what?
