Waited 20 minutes at 6pm to collect a parcel as the “back in 10 minutes” sign was displayed and no one was at the shop. Probably time for management to find a new shop attendant!

The new guy staff is completely disaster. Every I come he gave me attitude, in the last 2 days I dropped off the parcel but he didn’t scan it. I went to double check this morning he said Parcel point already picked it up but I received no Receipt via my email. I called Parcel Point they said he didn’t scan the parcel and don’t know where the parcel is at the moment! Terrible

There is a key locker at this Ezymart which people rely on to pick up keys. Despite the times advertised as open on Sunday, the Ezymart isn’t open - which is mildly inconvenient with a flight from overseas and Airbnb keys being inside. There are no emergency contact numbers, nothing. Looks like the place is a bit of a train wreck based on reviews so here’s another to add to it :)

Went to this place at 12am to get a cracka and this bloke had a sign up saying he’ll be back in 10. 30 mins later he still had not come back and I had to walk back to my bender empty handed. Very disappointed as he ruined a good sesh.
