Went to replace my gas canister here today. Found the staff extremely friendly and they assisted me with everything. 7/11 are never gonna be the cheapest petrol around but I did have a really pleasant experience here

If you need to put some petrol in your car and also use the bathroom don’t even stop in this petrol station. They don’t have toilets available for the customers.

Only use after hours. Too expensive for regular shopping.

Worst coffee I've ever gotten out of 7-eleven and fuel pumps not working.

This is the worst store I have ever been in NSW. The inidan bloke has no manners, worst service and no respect. I was not allowed to enter the store until I took off my helmet. It is understandable that they might feel unsafe and ask us to remove it although it was daytime. However, as soon as I entered the store, the bloke started yelling at me and saying stuffs. I politely told him that I do not see any signs outside to not wear helmet and I don’t think it is rule for us to remove the helmet. The guy started calling police when asked where is the rule? I don’t know what kind of training is provided to the staffs when they are trained in 7/11. Really disappointing experience.

E10 pipe on pump 2 is broken, keeps stopping even though I have an empty tank. The impatient clerk seems very unhappy. Yet I've got my card declined even though there's fund in the account. I double checked and tapped again, and got yelled at by him saying "it's your card not our machine"
Yet served the next guy nicely, race discrimination? Because I am Asian or what?

I, like it seems many people, found the staff rude. Tried to use a "Fuel Price Lock" voucher and despite the receipt clearly showing "E10" and the voucher showing "E10" the attendant insisted we had used "a different fuel". When I asked him to explain, he started shouting insults.

Hardly use 7-Elevens, but thought I would give this "Fuel Price Lock" ago. But seems like a rort, and even if it did work, the abuse is not worth it.

EDIT: I did try to contact support as suggested. Didn't hear anything back. Not sure if the same guy is still working there. I presume so given all the continued reviews mentioning a rude staff member.
