Recently visited Levi's South Wharf and was assisted by salesperson Jonathon who was just brilliant!! He was extremely knowledgeable - he knew our sizes by just looking at us! One of the best sales assistants I have ever come across (and I have shopped a lot). I would certainly recommend this store and will be back again next time I visit Melbourne.

Love this store. We live in Katherine NT and go there every year to stock up on jeans for hubby. 6 pairs for the price of 3. Can't beat it. Plus we get to visit Melbourne for the week.bonus.

My parents purchased a hoodie at Essendon DFO yesterday and noticed this morning the stitching was coming away, we went in to make mention, not expecting them to be able to do anything and she replaced it in the spot no questions asked.

We greatly appreciate it as they live over 4 hours away and weren’t going to worry about it.
