Found everything I needed, was very disappointed at no fitting room staff member to help me & did not find anyone very easily, but when I did they were very apologetic, helpful & friendly.

It is clean and easy to find what you are looking for. Staff are always willing to help. I always find bargains to spoil my Daughter.

Ive been online shopping at big W gawler and it's easier for me. Tho sometimes I need a store visit for updates.

Had a generous gift card so took a trolley and covered a huge territory with an open mind on what so buy. The range and quality surprised, so ended up overspending by $30. Very Happy

I recently purchased goods at big w Gawler I went through a check out and was served by a lovely young man who was autistic he was so helpful and chatty he was the nicest customer service person I have ever come across well done young man

I arrived early to get photo's printed. Unfortunately my machine wouldn't accept my photos. The Staff member on site immediately found a way to correct the problem. The young lady was both helpful and efficient. I'm most impressed with the Professional Service in Big W photo print area. Top marks!!
