The lady there yesterday afternoon was extremely helpful and polite when purchasing lotto for the first time , she answered all my questions and ran me through everything and gave me some brochures to take with me to help me better understand . There was lots of lovely gifts and unexpectedly bought some from the front tables which the lady wrapped in tissue paper for me . Was really happy with my experience and would come again .

Staff were very good, lot of choices on the menu and great wine list. The meal was excellent & I will be calling again

The service is okay.
The shop seems crammed.
Not a lot of room to move. It would be difficult to manoeuvre a wheelchair into this Store.
There is a good range of diaries and journals.
The magazine range is quite large and there is a good variety of greeting cards.

I don't go in there at all.

I have never ever had such poor service by a business, as I have just experienced at this business. I was short changed. It took approximately six times for the shop assistant to finally get the change correct. Initially the assistant claimed that the machine was correct and she went by that. Each time I was provided with coins to what she felt was the correct amount of change and blaming me that I was incorrect. The assistant kept walking off from then counter, then had the audacity to claim that I had removed some of the money. The assistant even used a calculator at one point, but still incorrect change was given. Then, at one point, I made the assistant aware that I was given too much change, which she disputed. Finally the correct change was given to me. I asked a number of times to speak with a manager. I was told there was no manager available. I them asked when would the manager be in next. I was told not for a long time. I then asked for a contact phone number so I could phone the manager. I was asked, what for? I said to voice my dissatisfaction with the service. I was told, why would you do that, you now have your correct change? I asked again for a contact number and was told the manager was the assistant's father and the contact details could be found on the internet.

11/3/21 I left the phone message on 25/2/21; to date I have not heard anything from the newsagent.

Everytime my Mother tries to get a Saturday Cross lotto 100 game share from this store its just to hard for them to bother... if she goes in on a Friday they say it's to late, she comes in on a Thursday and they say oh I can't do it my manager has to and she won't be back for 35 minutes. Why is this so hard to do a basic thing like this? Main street is so much better...

Went there today to check my keno. The red headed boy behind the counter told me I had won $6.00. It was lucky I had already checked the ticket and I knew that I had won $507. I wonder how many people have been lied too. Never going back again.
