Absolutely wonderful customer service! I bought two pairs of boots from Little Treads which arrived quickly. Unfortunately they started to wear very quickly, and I contacted the manufacturer, who insisted I speak to Little Treads directly despite it being a product quality issue. Kim and Shannon both responded to my emails very promptly, and I am delighted by their complete and swift resolution of my problem. I look forward to many years of buying shoes from them!

Really fantastic shoes and service. We have bought shoes from little treads for over 3 years both online and in store and have never been disappointed. From the personalised fittings and great service, I know that the shoes are the right fit and size and always super stylish! Well worth the investment in quality shoes for growing feet. Big fan and highly recommend.

Wonderful service both in store when we initially purchased shoes for my son and then when there was a fault with the shoe we had purchased I was able to organise a replacement pair via email and they were posted out to me the same day. A nice surprise and had expected that I would have to go back to the store to collect the replacement pair.
