Very good service by manager and the staff, they are very caring about foot health and comfort of well fitted shoes for their customers. Experienced staff at fitting feet with proper sizing, also with conditions like lymphodemia, diabetes, bunion feet, etc. Wide range of shoes and accessories are available. I would recommend Comfort & Fit for quality purpose made shoes and sandles.

Annette and the other ladies provided me with the best customer service. Annette made it real easy to find me the perfect pair of shoes to ease the pain I had in one of my heels. Too much walking around the shopping district, lol. After enjoying a cuppa next door she called me a taxi and even escorted me across the road to get on board!! Thank you again for all your help, I will call in on my next trip to Adelaide :)

I have feet that are hard to fit with shoes. The manager knew immediately what shoes would work. There was only one pair that worked for me which is one more than the 2 other shops I tried. She also ordered sneakers for me.

We have been sending our patients to Comfort and Fit for the past 15 years. The podiatry profession are very lucky to have such a specialised group to fit our patients with the right shoes.

I have been dealing with C&F for many year and find the staff helpful and friendly.

Went in Comfort and fit today. The sales assistant Betina is very helpful and really know the products. She's not pushy just to sell an "expensive" shoes but really try to find one that is good with my wide feet. She's so patient finding the right one for my wide and aching feet. Unfortunately, of all shoes I've fitted none is in my size. So she has to order one from Melbourne. Highly recommended if you want to buy orthotic shoes. And highly recommended for good customer service.

Previously gave them 5🌟 ....Fast forward 5 months later I'm changing my review to 3🌟.After seeing them July I was told the shoes is coming from Melbourne so it may take awhile. Awhile meaning 5 month later I NEVER heard from them what happened with my order if I'm still getting it or not! Never heard from them again even when I followed it up a month later(aug) So 3🌟 for no follow up update.
