Fabulous place for children's shoes. Measured correctly, prices are varying and good. The staff are so good, work hard to find exactly what you need.

We came here today to collect my boots which I had customised to suit my needs. We were once again welcomed by the friendly and efficient staff. I am extremely happy with our purchase, and I highly recommend this excellent shop which I first visited as a child about 50 years ago

Came here on Tuesday to get a first set of shoes for my son. I honestly cannot speak more highly of the staff! The ladies were absolutely lovely with my son (who really didn’t want his feet measured!) and myself. We were made to feel so welcome. Would definitely recommend, and will definitely be back!

What sets them apart is the outstanding customer service and sales staff. During busier times make sure you book in for a fitting or when you arrive get added to the list. There is an extensive range of quality foot wear for children to suit all ages, basically from 3 months through to teenagers. Suitable range for both girls and boys, and covers all seasons including winter and summer appropriate!

I took my daughter there 37 years ago to have her first shoes fitted. We went in today to have her son fitted for his first shoes. The service has not changed their they are friendly polite and helpful.The service was amazing.We will be back for the next fitting

Was recommended here by our orthotic professional as a place to get good quality shoes with a good range. The staff I was dealing with were thorough and professional.. Lovely to deal with. There's a list at the front that you just make sure to pop your name on so you can be seen in the right order.. We live up in the northeast and drove there to get some shoes.. would definitely be back - they keep a bit of a record of your kids shoe history.. much more of a personalised service judging by watching people being served who have been there many times.

Staff are experts and deliver old-school top-notch customer service. Went there based on a paediatric physiotherapist's recommendation for my toddler who was a delayed walker. They were fantastic and knew exactly what kind of shoes she needed (very quickly she was running around). Thank you! Will be back.

I went to Ollie's for all my shoes growing up and now 30 odd years later I had the pleasure of taking my daughter. Always fabulous customer service and exceptional knowledge of the best shoe for your kids.

My mum bought my shoes here when I was a kid, and now I'm doing the same for my kids. The service of the staff is above and beyond what you'd expect anywhere. Had a minor stitching issue with one pair of shoes, and one lost a logo stud, and both issues were rectified expertly. One was sent for local repairs and delivered to my door, the other replaced on the spot. The quality of the shoes sold here are excellent and I'll continue to buy shoes here! Thanks to the team!

The staff here are amazing! They were very patient with my 3yo who was very overwhelmed as it was quite busy when we got there. In the end my 3yo was running around in new shoes and happy to talk to them all.

Expertise is second to none. Always careful attention to fitting and very patient with the children. My sons have been fitted here for 10+ years. Great range of shoes, styles and price points. Whenever I go elsewhere I kick myself for not coming here first.
