The worst customer service. The manager Mandy is extremely rude, unhelpful and should NOT be in the service retail industry. I required a manager’s decision regarding an issue, and Mandy was not in the store and it took over a hour to get hold of her on the phone, very unavailable. I was told to come back on a day when Mandy was in the shop as unfortunately the employee working there has no authority to make any decisions without Mandy, in fact she seemed terrified to even try and contact Mandy on the phone! So what is a customer to do? Long story short we managed to get hold of Mandy on the phone and she was so dismissive and rude, and found every opportunity to try and prove me wrong. I explained to her I’m a regular client and I would appreciate some positive and respectful customer service, and all I got back was a total unappreciated, abrupt and rude attitude. I am disgusted and will be taking this to the head office. Do not go into that store.

Useless, poor customer service! Website stated I can bring an online order(wrong size) to exchange in store for a credit note but the sales person refused to do it. “Can’t do it”, she said. Lazy? Maybe? Don’t bother coming here. Would rate zero if I could.
