Absolutely love the fact I can get Hills prescription off the shelf and close to home as well I don't have to travel to get it as my ragdoll has stomach issues. My favourite pet shop by far keep up the great work guys. Pictures of my girls

Just rang MP store. Sunday at 10am. The staff member, Taylor?, she, stated they didn’t have what I was looking for but wow! polite, helpful, fantastic! 5 stars to her!

Great friendly staff - the guy working(Thursday) was super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The pet bath was super easy to use, clean and staff were willing to help with it if we needed assistance. Great range of items and they can price match which helps to save some money before Christmas. Will be using this as our main store from now on.

I just experienced the best cusomer service I have had in a retail store.
Micah was so friendly and treated me like an actual person.
I will come back to this pet store specifically for his great customer service.

I was so excited when they opened a store around the corner from my home. Being a member, the savings are mind blowing, especially when you have 2 cats, one of which is on an expensive food for their particular health issue.
The Staff are brilliant and I cannot thank them enough.

Great friendly staff with lots of advice. Used the dog wash bays, easy to operate and did a good job. Would suggest some matting near the door to the washbay dispite lots of drying my dogs still slipped around a bit as we exited the washbay. Otherwise excellent experience my logs loved the warm water..

They have a loverly young lady who helped pick my 2 new goldfish that had funny attitudes! P.S. they are thriving!

Went in to buy some fish today and was amazed with the great customer service I received, I haven't had genuine friendly customer service like I received today in a very long time. Will definitely be back

Lovely new store! A* helpful staff, made puppy supplies shopping a breeze. Plenty of stock and good pricing.

They have quite an extensive range of cat food and cat supplies, very reasonable prices and I found the staff to be friendly, polite and quite helpful
