They made sure to not only price match, but also have plenty of stock on hand (unlike their competitors).

Been a long term customer of Sydney tools at Windsor gardens since first going there couple years ago, bloody great to see them expand into northern suburbs. Popped in to see the new store and ran into one of the guys from the other store, he remembered my name and as usual couldn't have been more helpful. Being a new store can't expect them all to know everything first up but it's encouraging to know they make it a rule to have experienced staff on hand in new stores. Parafield airport store opening soon which is only ten minutes from my office so that will be perfect. 👍

They have an amazing store, with so many tools but I bought this Trolly for our Craft group in Edinburgh. We wanted something solid, with wheels that we could store and use our tile cutter - Gemini Taurus 3 ring saw on.
This is perfect as the wheels lock and it's great no-one needs to lift it, the cutter stays on the Trolley and we move it to wherever we want. The top shelf is at a work bench height and the bottom shelf is perfect for storing our other gear on.
We liked it so much that we bought a second one for other craft stuff.

I ordered a product online 3 weeks ago and it was delivered from the Munno Para store, which was delivered to my door in two days. (I also live regional, amazing) Yesterday I was working in the area and had an issue with the Item I purchased so I called into the Munno Para store. The team there were amazing, I had no documentation with me but this didn't worry the guys, they just all jumped in and helped me out and I left there with all my issues sorted out in under 10 minutes, nothing was to hard for them. I cant speak highly enough of the team there at Munno Para and highly recommend going to see them. I will absolutely be returning in the future. Cheers guys, Nando
