We have purchased our dining chairs from Echo Grove twice last year and also this year and twice we’ve been helped in the show room and also over the phone by Oliver. He’s seriously a gem and I hope the owners of Echo grove know how hard he works and how lucky they are to have him as part of the team. We purchased a display cabinet for delivery to Perth. The entire experience was first class. Unfortunately, the cabinet arrived damaged, through no fault of Echo furniture. It was packe professionally but was handled by a dodgy transport company. The guys at Echo committed to their promise of excellent service and issued a full refund without question. A pleasure to experience old fashioned service. Will definetly be dealing with then again

Really amazing store. A lot of unique products that I haven't seen anywhere else. I received lots of help from the staff there in regards to trying to match my existing furniture at home, colours, styles etc. I will definitely purchase again!!!

Staff we're incredibly helpful. Before wrapping my order for transport they sent photo's to make sure I was happy. Communication was excellent.
