PSW Waverley

PSW is located behind/next to Officeworks off Springvale Road. We shopped on a Tuesday morning during the school summer holidays, and were assisted by a friendly, young lady. Everything went smoothly! They sell Puma sports clothing for kids too. There's ample car park space.

all of these reviews seem to be of people who think they're highly entitled or something like along with those lines.

I was dreading going to this shop with my child after reading so many negative reviews.

However the staff who are young and all female could not be more helpful, attentive, friendly and polite.

We were in and out within one hour and that includes trying on school uniform items.

I've also seen comments on their pricing, school uniforms are usually expensive anyway.

When I was in store today and a customer explained they were going to "leave a bad review" as they exited the store, I thought I would follow suit. It isn't hard to see why this store has so many bad reviews - customers want to snapshot a moment in time they felt wronged, which I can understand. It is frustrating when something isn't in stock or human error plays a roll, but the people who work here are performing a role in a company and I don't think these "bad reviews" are actually reflecting the experience that 90% of other customers have.
Every time I have entered the store I have been greeted by staff, asked if I need help and checked on numerous times with my sons. If something isn't available I have been explained the exact process for getting it back in stock and kept in the loop. I have been provided alternative options to with uniform items to help with one of my boys' eczema. It's not rudeness that I saw when staff explained store policy to the customer today or why they had come to the decision they did, but perhaps it exists in the reviews that are quick to tell one side of the story and not the whole truth?
Despite the customer's frustration today I never saw the staff member stop being courteous not only to the customer, but to every other customer they served. I remember working customer service when I was younger - it's rough being the face of store policy. I just wish customers were quicker to show gratitude where gratitude is due.

I ordered online due to all the bad reviews thinking my kid would not be going to school in his uniform. But it arrived within 10 days. I ordered too large a size in one thing & went to visit the store today and the tall guy (didn’t catch his name) was helpful and polite and we had no issues in swapping down a size. The customer service was excellent and we were in and out quickly.

So I was really nervous about purchasing from here as the reviews online are terrible! But my experience was the total opposite. The store was firstly open when it said that it would be. Secondly, it was very busy but the girl in store was super helpful and the items they were out of stock of she suggested i buy them online as they would come back into stock. So I ordered them on sunday, they have been delivered to me by Wednesday. So all in all, I'm very happy with the service, and experience.

Too many schools uniform under one roof. We haven't seen such when we were kids.
Staffs are very friendly and helpful.
Among them ANA is really fantastic. Professional but yet friendly and always helps with big smile. Very happy with her.

When I went there with my daughter to buy some uniforms (Avila College) the staff who assisted us were very helpful, attentive the entire time, answered my questions in a friendly manner, overall a pleasant experience. Thanks for your assistance!

Uniforms everywhere, we haven't seen so many in our childhood. Staffs are really helpful.
Out of them ANA is fantastic. She is professional and helpful, too.

I've always had great service from PSW Glen Waverley. Recently, I had some bomber jackets with faulty logos and Anna swapped them over with no issues and was so lovely to deal with.

it is great. It is what keeps us students up and running. i admit it obviously takes some time but it is because they are very busy which is not their fault.

Stock is an issue for PSW. I would like to point this out for the owner/management team or whoever is in charge with stock please make sure there is enough to sell. But staff is very nice and try her best to gelp me and my daughter, her name is Ana.

It’s a way bigger store with good changing rooms.
Ana assisted us and was friendly and polite.
