Great shop in a great location. Free parking and handy products if you have school going kids. One of my go-to places for stationary items.

Exceptional service today from Tynan in Print & Copy at Glen Waverley! Had to do an urgent A0 poster print and he was able to accomodate and provide great advice and troubleshooting whilst still tending to other customers in a busy store. Very happy with the end product and really appreciative of his expertise.

Went to Glen Waverley store to scan ultra sound images of our little baby onto photographic paper.
Served by young lady (didn’t see her name) who advised us that it would be a 24-48 hour wait for scanning, but upon seeing what we were having scanned told us to wait 15mins and she would have it done.
Picked up the images 15mins later and same young lady advised she had used colour scanning as the black and white images wouldn’t be as clear.
Images came out perfectly, and we very much appreciated her kindness and professionalism in fast tracking our request.
Highly recommend.

Great boutique-scale Officeworks outlet with all of the essentials. Staff are bright and helpful and demonstrate a genuine interest in providing a great customer experience. The merchandising standard set here is a textbook example of attention to detail.

Great store, staff very friendly and always willing to help out finding an item, and answering any questions you have with their stocked items. Cheers to the staff member on the scissor lift taking time to show me where to find an item.

Great service during rush hours, the only store to take passport photos, while Vermont south machine has been broken for a couple of months and no intention to fix that!

Had a great click and collect experience! Ordered a bulky item and was stressing about how to get it in my car. With click and collect they deliver right into my car boot, no need for me to even enter the store. Very smooth and efficient service. Will be doing this again for all my officeworks purchases!

Great prices in this store on all stationary and electronics, and they have excellent customer service too. yesterday I returned a wireless mouse which i bought here to connect with my tablet. It stopped working after only 5 months. Luckily i had the receipt and It was no hassle at all for me to exchange it when i requested it. The mouse I exchanged it for was more expensive than the faulty one but they still even didnt charge the difference. Good to see some places do the right thing when you return faulty products
