Always very helpful David- Bret and Patrick and the ladies know their store very well for advice as well as sales,

I don't normally have a set place to go and get medications and random health related items but David and his team are just too good to ignore. Apart from one occasion (once in several years so not even worth a worry) I have always been well treated, warmly welcomed and served to the highest of standards. Their pricing is reasonable and even if it is a bit on the higher side, David is usually willing to adjust to help out. They have become my regular and even have my son collecting little teddies every time we go there as even he is impressed. Coming from a 9 year old boy that is saying something. Highly recommend them and even if you have had a not so great experience, go and speak with David and let him know and give them another chance. They put up with sick and grumpy people on the daily and always do it with a smile. Thanks David and team 🙂

Some superheroes wear white shirts ❤I've never left a review anywhere, but I've lived in Byford for ten years and the glades pharmacy is the only pharmacy I'll ever use again.Every single member of staff here goes above and beyond to help, I receive far more useful advice from these chemists than the doctors. They always seem to point me in the right direction to help and solutions. Thankyou, sometimes you have no idea the impact you make on us with illnesses.

We have been coming to Byford discount drug store for 2 years now and we would never want to go anywhere else.
We have recently had 2 children which means we are visiting the store quite frequently for children's panadol/antibiotics and all the rest.

For 2 years we have had excellent customer service. Staff have greeted us by first name, asked about our family and have been so informative with new prescriptions or general product knowledge.

I was quite nervous about receiving my covid vaccine and David was just so understanding and supportive. It was nice to feel like someone cared about your concerns and he provide me with re assurance.

I never write reviews, but this business goes above and beyond.

The best pharmacy I've ever been to! Dave and his team genuinely care about you and will go above and beyond to help you with anything you need. Everyone there also has a wealth of knowledge if you ever have any questions.

David the pharmacist is amazing always greets me by my name is helpful and friendly. Such an asset to the community and the pharmacy really missed him when he was unwell. I wanted to thank Sharon who pierced my daughters ears this afternoon. When we got there we realised there was a miscommunication with the appointment and you werent expecting us. You were all super busy and I wanted to thank you for doing it anyway. My daughter is so happy with her pretty new earrings, thankyou so much again.

A fabulous Pharmacy, never seen anything quite like it.. I would go as far as to say probably the best in Australia. The service is second to none, and thats by all the staff who are so willing to give advice... They are friendly, helpful and we are blessed having them on our door step. Drop in to get a script with a friend. Truly enjoy browsing and the staff are friendly and I appreciate a great service. While waiting, I can see David, the chemist certainly knows and care about his customers. I sense his dedication, making sure his customers understand their medication and appreciate what their scripts are about.

This is a good place to get your prescriptions done. A place you will know these folks deserve your support.

They sell a lot of HealthWest Ionic Silver which I know thousands of people use for infections. Personally I been using Ionic Silver on daily basis to keep healthy and barely get sick over 20 years.

Nice clean place. Friendly staff and competitive prices

I went in to get some anti vomit tablets, and the service I received from the pharmacist was exceptional. I only remember his last name was Tran. He spoke to every customer one by one and you could see he genuinely cared about the people coming through the doors. He was friendly, polite and very sympathetic. The other staff there were very nice as well, I just had my main interaction with mr Tran. I will go to this pharmacy every time now because of this man. Thank you

It is always a pleasure visit Byford Discount Drug Store. All the staff are always helpful and professional. I was there the other day for a rash and the pharmacist Kenway was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Kenway did not mind helping me with during his lunch-hour and I appreciate his advice and time.

Best chemist in the area. Every visit has been wonderful with happy smiling caring staff who are always happy to go that extra mile to be as helpful as they can. Wont go anywhere else as nowhere compares to the lovely happy environment they have created with great prices, fast script filling and smiling faces and advice .

Have to say this pharmacy rates well on all the categories - the prices are very good, the staff are friendly, prompt service, and the range is great. Its very very rare for any pharmacy to do well in all categories, so I'm impressed. We'll see when it gets busier! Looking forward to see the other shops open up around the complex too.

This was a first visit for me. I was so impressed with the friendliness, time and effort the staff took with me this evening to help me assist my husband with his severe hayfever. Thank you so much, i will be back. Highly recommend a visit. Plus they are the only chemist in Byford open 8am-8pm right near IGA. Very handy!

amazing! we rang & they were just shutting and we needed formula, he stayed back a extra 10min past closing to wait for me because he knew what it was like as he had kids of his own😁 great service from all the workers every time I go into that chemist! ❤
