Jump Star Trampolines

We've had a 10ft trampoline from here for the past 6-7 years. The components are very good quality and have lasted much longer than I thought, especially being in full sun and near the ocean. The first to go was the spring pad cover after a few years, but the net enclosure and the actual bounce mat have lasted so well. Just ordered the first replacement mat now! Replacement components are so well priced too.

I recently purchased the 5ft x 7ft rectangular trampoline for my kids, and it has been an absolute delight. The size is perfect for our modest-sized backyard, offering ample jumping space without dominating the entire area. The rectangular shape provides a consistent bounce, making it ideal for my kids who are budding gymnasts.

A great feature is the safety net. It encloses the trampoline securely, and the entrance zipper is strong and easy to use. This gives me peace of mind, knowing my children are safe while using it.

In terms of aesthetics, it's quite sleek. The black and blue colour scheme blends well with our garden, making it an attractive addition rather than an eyesore.

Ordering online and picking up locally was a breeze.

We purchased a 16 foot round trampoline from JumpStar and opted to collect it from their showroom and warehouse. I called to verify their address and Dina there confirmed our order and made sure it was ready and waiting to be collected. It was loaded into my car for me and I appreciated the fact that they were so thorough in double and triple checking that I had everything that was ordered. Excellent service!

Recently purchased new spring mats, a few new springs and a new ladder for our secondhand 8x12ft trampoline that we inherited and it’s like new again. Our 18 month old is loving playing on it daily, and I like knowing that the mats are soft and safe for him to play and throw himself about and the ladder is sturdy. Definitely recommend these products.

The trampolines were setup in store, so we could see the size and have a bounce. We bought a 10ft round trampoline. The service was great. Very easy to install also. My 10 year old son helped me put the pieces together. My kids and I love it. We are out there bouncing every day. Very sturdy construction. Would recommend Jump Star trampolines.

12ft round trampoline we have had for years and gets used on a daily basis by my 8yo and 10yo sons. Replacement parts are readily available and the service and product knowledge of the staff was great.

We bought this for our daughter birthday and she loves it! .all three of my kids . Big enough to have 5 kids on without any issue. It’s very safe, a little tricky to get into for an adult as the opening is not that wide.
Easy to assemble for 1 person.

We got our girls the 8ft with enclosure for Xmas and they love it. Easy to assemble and a great size for them both to play together. Very stable and robust design but light enough to move around the yard when needed. Great quality, you can tell this one will last the test of time!
