Kmart Dandenong

I was helped out by someone with red hair and she were extremely helpful with showing me to a section. I then saw her organising a section and I thought that she were a very diligent worker and if I was an employer, I would be extremely happy to have someone like that on my team. I never got her name but I think it was Tan 5/5 service

You can find virtually everything. Staff are friendly and helpful, store is neat and organised. I mostly come here to print at the self-kiosk counters, their printing quality is excellent and super affordable. Definitely choose kmart if you want to print something out; their kiosks are fun and satisfying to use. All and all, I hope kmart doesn't shut down since majority of the big stores have (daido, target, jb hi-fi, etc).

I love Kmart. This one gets 5 stars and I'll tell you why.
I rang to put something on hold and the person I spoke to was more than helpful. She had many in stock but she said she would put one away for me because it was the 'nicest' one - meaning the box was intact. Anyway...
Whilst at the service counter up the back there was a lady who was trying to return something. Easy done at Kmart, always. I've never had a problem with it. Except this lady in ran into an issue - the top she was returning wasn't bought at Kmart. The poor love was convinced it was bought there. The staff seemed to handle it really well. I didn't catch the ending to the story as I felt it was a bit rude to just hang around listening, but I felt bad for all involved and I'm impressed at the young workers who helped her. Bravo. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Yeah, I just wanted to buy one item but I ended up buying more, Lots of clothing on sale,,My problem? I can't stop buying 😃 But I had fun..and will definitely go back before I go on holiday,

easy shop. great staff, stupid customers with every annoying and undisciplined children. staff handled situations really well. cheap items, not too bad and very nice clean aisles. ask staff for help they will do there best. thank you

Bought a bike there was quite happy I could get it off the rack already assembled and paid an extra $10 as there were none in the box. So happy with the service of the staff there who assisted me .

Always the go to place for my little nicks and nacks.
Place is kept in good nick and staff there is always plentiful and helpful
Often find sometimes that the staff will strike up a nice conversation with you.
Not the easiest to access kmart due to the plaza escalator sub level but its right next to the food court so its a win win.

Five star for the security personnel located at the entrance. She saw me holding a box of vacumn with my other shopping bag and offer to get me a trolley although i do not have a dollar coin to get a trolley. 11 June around 2pm

I can’t fault anything about here as I’ve never had a Bad experience here. But I have noticed the times I’ve shopped here, some of the staff will watch you like hawks but pretend t just be walking up & down th aisles. Lol

It’s hard to go out empty handed after going inside this shop. You can find almost everything you need here at Affordable prices.

Staff are very friendly here. From the customer service team at the back, to the checkout staff. Good range of products that other stores do not have stock of.

A good kmart. It's in a place where it's bit difficult to access.

They've changed the setup of this store a lot . The payment counters are in the middle of the store and we've to show the bill at the exit/eneternce door.It's bit annoying, specially when you've items on both of your hands or when there's a baby or toddler with you.

The layout of the store was fantastic and the staff were very friendly, polite and helpful with my enquiries before I purchased the items that I required
