Thank you very much to Juan for helping us, he was polite and very helpful. He walked us through how to print everything out and helped us do the maths for how much money we would need to print 140 pages. We were in and out in 15 mins!

Very impressed with one of the staff members working at this location. Juan was knowledgeable, polite and completed the work in 5 minutes. I had spent 3 hours and there is no way I would have done this without Juan. Changed a one star review to a five. Thank you Juan!

On Wed 29th Nov at Punchbowl ,NSW Branch.

Unfortunately,I had an unsatisfactory experience talking to a night store manager who wasn’t helpful neither interested to hear my complain about one item.

Thanks to God that I have decided to come back on Thursday 30th Nov morning time to meet Mr Imran (store manager) at the same Branch.
He was so professional and dedicated to his job , he assisted and solved my complain,
I left the store so satisfied and pleased,

popped in last minute to print a hand bound booklet i needed the next day. Moriam in the printing section was so helpful with paper suggestions and test prints and helped me print out on textured paper i chose from the store

Much nicer then it used to be, it has been filled out with good/decent stock for pretty good prices. Look for sales in store there's usually plenty of little goodies everywhere! Look out for sales as prices can drop massively and you could always try and haggle you'll be surprised how helpful people can be when your buying more then one item! Give it a go

Andrew had extensive knowledge of what we were looking for . He provided excellent customer service and helped us find everything we needed.

Very helpful and sweet staff, I went in today to print off a poster and the sweetest girl came and helped me whilst I was in the queue and I was out of there in a few minutes, this is the best office works !!!!

Wow. Extremely spacious and well managed. The staff is indispensably helping. Photocopy and printing related stuff rates are just nomical. Steel structure is seperb. Feeling of openness. Highly recommended. Relatively large parking for customers. Purpose built store to buy your office related things.

Exceptional service from Robert. He helped us unscrew a frame to fit our printed sheet into. Went above and beyond for us, and had such a lovely attitude.

I am reading reviews of this Officeworks,many negative. But I was there today and i was very pleased with the way staff,one in particular, treated me.She was extremely helpful and i got the photos and copies and enlargements done exactly like i wanted,reasonably quickly as well.Despite the store being very very busy.I did not have to wait too long . I was impressed with the customer service overall. Even at the checkout. By the way ,i was not even sure they could do what i needed ,but they did, despite a few small problems but this staff member persisted and i got a good result as well for minimal price. I am surprised at some of these negative reviews. Thank you Officeworks.

Milan was especially helpful and patient with my warranty request and took his time to ensure my monitor was working before leaving the store. It is rare to have to have good customer service in Sydney these days so I appreciate it. Thanks again.

I have to admit, there may be a long wait at times however once you get served, customer service there is great. I want to thank this particular staff member Marwa for her professional service during a busy time today, I have never experienced such professionalism like that especially back to school rush. Because of her, I'm definitely coming back! You're the best Marwa, keep up the great work!

Had 4 large A1 photos to print. Printer wasn't ready and would have taken 2 days but staff went out of their way to sort it out and within half an hour I had my 4 photos and 4 photo frames. They even had to get a lift to get the 4th frame from a high shelf. Special thanks to Adam from printing for doing an amazing job.
