Woolworths Boronia Junction

It's a very well set out supermarket, it was well stocked and had everything I looked for. Staff were friendly and helpful and helped me with my purchases. Highly recommended

Love my local Woolworths, been going here for over 10 years, know all the staff from Chris in the Bakery to Kim at the Deli, Kerrie on the front desk. And John the reel sensation with his tiktok views that are awesome. Murrey out the front and the great buskers that spread some joy... Love my local community.

I just want to thank the awesome lady that helped me at Woolworths this evening. In my hectic after work rush I didn’t check my order until later and realised quite a few things were missing. I headed back, fully expecting to be treated as though I was just trying to pull a swifty, but instead I was so well looked after by this lady. Sure enough, my two missing bags were there and the young boy bought them to me and offers to take them to my car.

This lovely lady then apologised and gave me a box of chocolate to say sorry. I tried to say that wasn’t necessary, but she insisted and said it was done. This lady has worked there for a very long time and deals with some very tricky customers. I’ve always only ever seen the nicest demeanour and equal service given to every single customer.

Thank you so much. Being on a tight budget…had I not been believed we’d have had to go without. Your kindness doesn’t go unnoticed. ☺

Went to Woolworths as I was in the area running errands. It was fast to get parking as I use a pram and there's always vacant spaces for mums with prams. The only thing I was distracted with is the display of products as it's not my usual store. It was familiar when you walk in like most Woolworths, where they have the bakery and fruit and veg section. Then you have to locate the other aisles which are close to other stores setups but not quite. Overall fast shop, self serve checkout was fast and no hassles with the cashier machine. I noticed that Woolies self serve checkout is much easier to use than Coles.

Just the average grocery store.......

Consistent, clean, friendly staff, sufficient parking although not much space to manoeuvre the carpark.

Had really bad experience will the cashier named Trish today, her customer service skill doesn’t even desire one star, I can’t believe this racist still happens, however this rating is for the store manager Jenny, she is really kind and helpful, help me solve the problem!

Good place to shop

Love the bakery here. The bread is always fresh and the staff have no issue providing help. They were quite friendly, though overwhelmed with the number of people. A credit to Woolworths

Great place to shop. Lots of variety and are hardly ever out of products. Staff are always friendly at the checkouts. Always a pleasant experience.

*1 side note to be mindful of - When it is wet, the ground outside can get slippery due to the bricks.*

Good space to walk around

Great range of fresh produce, friendly staff and most of all they stock Bush's baked beans and microwave crackling!! Keep in mind parking can be little frustrating as it's all very narrow and alot of people in Boronia seem to struggle with driving around carparks and parking

Woolworths Junction is a great Junction however if you come down at night time you will notice that there's also I kebab shop and a pizza shock to the left of Woolworths you're coming from Boronia Road so and there's also of course the AMF Bowling centre in the same precinct

Probably one of the best and biggest Woolworths I’ve ever seen, it’s really clean nice and neat. They have really helpful and patient staff that help you with anything. I also really like the selection of stuff They have and they have pretty good discounts on everyday items you can find pretty much find everything you need there.
