Coles Boronia

I watched a young man called Will offer his assistance to an elderly couple at the self service checkouts today (27/03/24) without being prompted. He asked if they required help with scanning, etc It was a lovely gesture and showed some care for the elderly.

Always a pleasure to shop there with easy undercover parking and more than friendly staff.I dont understand some of the negative comments here as ive had only happy shopping here.Its a supermarket so you wont always get the products you want but if you keep an eye on the specials its just fine.
They have some really lovely longterm employees there who should be congatulated so thankyou guys n girls from me 😁😁😁.

Good shop in a BORING AREA Shame

The most haunted supermarket I've been to. The other commenters are telling the truth about no mobile phone services and trolleys moving on their own. Legend has it that there's a magnetic portal to a nether realm, probably Werribee.

Place is clean and the staff's good though.

Good store with plenty of parking.

Usually well stocked most days, and a daily visit as there is plenty of parking in the multilevel.

Convenient location in Dorset Square, easy to find produce, I usually use the self checkout and the staff are always polite and helpful and offer bags, they've also assisted me when I've made a mistake timely and happily, they say goodbye as customers are leaving. This store leaves you with a good shopping experience.

by not taking coles for given one can realy enter the limit of sci fi grocery shoping , so at coles ,

Very impressed by staff at this shop. I left my handbag there today and only realised when I got home. I rang the store to ask if they'd seen it. They rang me back within 5 mins to say a customer had handed it in. I'd just withdrawn $1,000 (which was in bag) along with wallet, cards and mobile phone. So grateful. Staff member Teagen handed it over.

Great options for variety

This is the friendliest Coles EVER!
My 5y old daughter and I always go shopping together and she looks out for the fruit/veg man Lucas who always makes her laugh and has a joke with her. You have Ross who remembers everyone's names in our family and likes to have a chat and Morag is on self checkout who is very friendly and loves interacting with the kids and my daughter helps her clean or passes the paper towels to her. It is such a lovely atmosphere.

Cant fault them in anyway , been thankful for all staff there , maybe my old suburb Port Melbourne could learn how to treat their elderly . Thank you coles Boronia for helping me during CV19 . I am getting tired of lock down and lucky enough that my son has helped me in how to write a review .

Quite a big store. Good parking outside and also under cover. Well stocked shelves, friendly staff

Coles Boronia is I believe a flag ship store and as such has a larger range of products,a great selection of fruit and vegetable, with a fabulous range of freshly baked bread . The deli is larger than some other stores and stocks a great range of small good .The store has ample parking being situated in the centre of the shopping precinct.All round a good supermarket with easy access.

Yeah it's a great place to shop but isn't it time that we should just take off our masks for a while so we can breathe
