Just finished assembling the yellow Strandmon Wing Chair and am absolutely thrilled with the way it fits into my living area. A real feature and very comfortable!

Ikeas customer relations team is absolutely phenomenal. Very pleased with the process, very satisfied with the outcome. Easy to deal with staff or have very strong communication skills, very understanding, knowledgeable and provide lots of options. Easy in regards to doing a warranty claim

Went for an outing after ICU, Coma for a month. I used my walker. I was with my support worker and my mum. I could only do 1 hour but it was nice to see outside. I bought a pretty vase to remember the special day. The vase was on clearance.

This beautiful area made my glands tingle, and oh! How wonderful it is to indulge in such a dreamy, tropical cocktail of gorgeous furniture, it truly did suffice my lust for furnished goods, and it, like a lover, embraced me and pushed its warm slimy tounge into my vessel of a body. Three months of heaven I was lost in this place. The best three months I have ever indulged in, easily! Surviving on only the best iced cream, the most arousing, succulent meatballs and beautiful appreciation by the gorgeous staff, I will surely go back to this haven again! The creamy, moist aroma that the delectable scent of the furnished wood made me so fulfilled to sacrifice by body to this company. 10/10

Absolute shout out to the excellent customer service throughout IKEA Friday 25th August. I was purchasing several components of the pax wardrobe and other furnishings, and right from the start they were helpful. As I ended up with 2 trolleys and quite heavy boxes they assisted me to and through the checkout, right out to minding my trolleys whilst I brought my car around to the loading bay. Abbey was super helpful in helping to lift the heavy boxes into my car, and had re-arranged the shopping so the heavier items were separated and ready to load when I returned to the loading bay with my car. At no time did anyone make me feel rushed or that they had anything better to do than help. In lighting they were super helpful in explaining any extra components I needed, and changing globes so I could see what I was buying would look like.
Super amazing, polite staff with brilliant customer service. Well worth the drive from Ballarat to experience such helpful, knowledgeable and thoughtful shopping experience.

IKEA Richmond is huge and the display rooms are great.
There is also an ikea restaurant on the top level.

For parking - you can follow the signs in the car park up to the top two levels where there is a furniture loading dock. Parking is not free, however it is cheap. I think I paid $2 for a few hours of parking.

My home is like 97% furnished my Ikea, and that pretty much sums up my opinion. I have gone for a Nordic style, so mostly solid wood, grain showing. My home is lovely thanks to Ikea and their affordable furniture. This is part of my heritage so I like the "welcome home" feeling of my home furniture. The store is clean and bright and staff are not far away. I also buy their frozen food for cooking at home.

Largest mall for house hold items and super se upper wala collection for all range. If you are planning to do furniture than must have visit here to check your requirement and very goof ideas

Staff have always been great, across multiple visits. Including for any returns.

They've changed / are not stocking a few of the classic food items, which is sad. For example, the large cans of apple or pear cider, or the fish paste. Please bring them back!

Fantastic store! It’s well laid out, huge and well stocked. Relatively easy to find staff who are very helpful. The cafeteria is open as well.

Gotta love IKEA! This store is huge, well laid out, and has everything you need for your home. The quality of their product has also improved over the years, the staff are helpful, and pickup by the carpark is easy. Parking is free for about 4 hours, weekends get very busy, and there is easy disability access throughout the store.

We walked in impromptu and asked for some help with 2 x wardrobes we had started designing ourselves on the ikea website. Katie patiently went through our designs with us, gave her suggestions and helped us maximise the useable space for the wardrobe/ room. Very helpful, very attentive and very good design skill set. 5/5 stars. Thanks Katie 🙏☺
