Consistently excellent service. Rob and his team have always gone over and above to set us on the right path. We had never owned a pool before, and they patiently walked through everything we needed to know. They have helped set us up with all the right equipment from pool covers to robot cleaners, and saved us lots of time and future trouble with their experience and advice. We have also been very happy with their monthly pool service and maintenance. We couldn't recommend Poolwise more highly. Thanks Rob and team!

My old pool shop was closed, so I was recommended Poolwise Padbury. I now know why. Thet are amazing. I went to the shop. I expained my green pool, leaking filter issue. Rob (owner) and Michael (team member) listened to me, empathised and gave me options of cost effective solutions to meet my budget. Rob had a busy day that day, but even so, he told me he would come out to see my pool that morning. I was very impressed to say the least. Rob and Michael came out and assessed the issue, putin thr right chemicals, showed genuine care and superb knowledge.Truly outstanding customer service from 2 great guys. I Sm now a customer of theirs. I fully recommend Rob and his amazing team to anyone regarding looking after their pool.

I recently had a new pool filter and chlorinator installed by the PoolWise Padbury team. I was extremely happy with the level of service provided. Leon and the team were very helpful and went above and beyond to get the job done. A big thankyou to the PoolWise Padbury team.

These guys are always helpful and go to every effort to help out. At short notice squeezed me in for a broken pump and had it up and running again within 3 days.

As a first time pool owner who inherited a pool with some issues I've been quite anxious, but Wes from Poolwise did a fantastic job checking things out, doing some tests and teaching me how things work. He was dedicated, understanding and knowledgeable and I could tell he genuinely wanted to help. Top notch first impression, will use Poolwise for all my pool needs.

They were very helpful, tried every combination, (and they had a huge range) of accessories. I was trying to connect hoses to my manual pool cleaner, whilst not successful, it was only because manufacturers have so many different sizes. I will use them again.

Ben came round to fix our solar heating system today.. what a nice guy! Worked out the problem and managed to fix it there and then. Needed some rewiring due to the old wires having perished... No attempt to upsell or insist on unnecessary new parts . He gave lots of helpful advice regarding general pool maintenance and was clean and tidy while he worked. Clearly knowledgeable about his trade and a family man. I would happily recommend him to friends and family. Many thanks, Dr David Clark.
