I have been a loyal customer of Witchery for years.
Recently I bought two pairs of Florence jeans in denim and black, along with several shirts. Both pairs of jeans were a good fit. I washed the denim jeans, following the care instructions as I always do. But when I wore them again they stretched to the point where they were baggy and loose all over in just a couple of hours. Not flattering at all. After the second wash the same thing happened. So this morning I took the jeans back to Witchery Karrinyup (Fri 22/04/22 at 9:15am) and was told by the blonde salesperson that it’s denim and that’s what denim does. It stretches. I repeatedly told her I wasn’t happy and have worn other jeans, that are 5 years old, that do not stretch like this. I felt she was very dismissive and that I was not listened to. Also, the salesperson did not touch the jeans or suggest I try them on so she could see my issue. I’m very disappointed in the poor customer service and also the jeans that appear to be a poor quality product.

The staff were extremely rude!
