The team at ScatterMats were amazing. They sent me my rug from WA to Brisbane in record time and I just love it. The quality is amazing and it fits beautifully into our new home.

ScatterMats products and service exceeded expectations. I visited their site on the recommendation of a friend, but had not really seen a product in real life. I was a little nervous because of this, but communication with the team prior to purchase was absolutely flawless, and my first runner was delivered within days. We were so happy with the look and the quality of the product, that we immediately ordered a second one....and then a third! All different lengths, basically to give our dogs traction on the hardwood floor. Highly recommend.

We found ScatterMats online and gave them a call. They quoted me a certain amount of time for our 3M x 3M carpet square to be ‘edged’ which we thought was a reasonable time. The time taken to complete the work was far better than we expected and we had our carpet square back in our house in no time. Thanks for the great job and quick turnaround.

The best addition to my son's new playroom. We ordered the 2x2m mat and it perfect. The colours are really vibrant, it's grips perfectly so doesn't slide, and the icons on the mat are large enough to engage with ("Thomas is going to the police station"). Well made and hours of fun to be had 😃

The Welshpool shop edged 10 carpet offcuts for me, from small mats, entry hall mat and runner to a full small room sized carpet. Their work is excellent, the colour of the edging matched perfectly and the rounded edge that goes around my door frame is perfect. I went to ScatterMats about a month ago to turn my carpet offcuts into mats for the house. The offcuts have been sitting in my garage for years and I didn't want to throw them away. I expected it to be a difficult process however I brought my offcuts in store which they measured on the spot, they even called me when they started the process to get some additional mats so I could maximise the carpet and limit wastage. I found the whole process cost effective and efficient whilst providing great mats for my house along with freeing up space in my garage. I'd recommend Scattermats to anyone in a similar situation!

We used ScatterMats' overlocking service to edge some carpet offcuts we had left over. The results were fantastic. I requested various sizes to suit different areas, such as a kitchen mat and other internal mats, along with small sizes to be used under furniture/stands as floor protectors. Right down to these cute 11cm x 11cm squares (see photos).
I love these mats, they look excellent and the edging colour is spot-on. Thank you.

Oh, and as mentioned in one or two other posts, it honestly is unprofessional for the staff to be sitting on a couch right in the middle of the shop, browsing their phone. I understand they need to go on lunch, but it's a very bad look in the middle of the shop.

I bought 3 small sisal mats to replace the worn out one on my cat scratcher. Now my cat scratcher will last for years. I couldn't source the replacement mats for the cat scratcher from the manufacturer, but these are better anyway. They look great!

It was a custom order but still fairly painless to put through. They took just over a week to deliver to SA.

I am very happy with delivery time and quality of rug. I only ordered last Thursday and one of my rugs turned up Monday and I live in Brisbane. The rug looks just like the photo that I saw on the website so very happy. Will definitely look to Scattermats if I need any more rugs

Our long hallway runner arrived in reasonable time from placing the order and was exactly as shown in the pictures on the website. Very happy with our purchase.

Great experience would buy again, quality mat hasn't lost its colour or pulled or any loose ends and gets walked on daily both by me and toddler. I have used my vacuum/mop in 1 on it multiple times.
