What a beautiful wildlife park. The animals appeared well taken care of and happy. It was a bonus for us to see so many animals awake and moving, many more than we've seen at other wildlife parks. The animal cages were so clean, the penguin exhibit had the cleanest glass I've ever seen. Feeding the animals was fun, but note there is no hand soap provided in the hand washing stations.
The staff were friendly and informative, the food was expensive but chicken burger was delicious.
The water park was great fun for the kids at the end of our trip.

Parking was somewhat hard to find on a weekend. Entry was a breeze no wait. I loved the experience. I’m sure kids will enjoy it too as they get to feed the animals up close. I loved taking pictures with the roos. All in all a pleasant day.

Great place for kids! I would say they would benefit more if they are aged 2+. You are able to feed kangaroos and a whole variety of farm animals. Highly suggest going when its first open for the day, as it's easier to walk around.

Took my three year old boy there midweek school holidays. It was very busy, but we had a great time walking around the park twice, enjoying the water park and playground. The best part was patting gentle-natured goats and kangaroos. Food was delicious too, had a beef burger meal. Looking forward to visiting again soon.

Visited Symbio zoo today for the koala experience mostly and we were so impressed, the keeper Liz was absolutely fantastic, so knowledgeable, so kind to the koalas and to us, took lots of pictures for us too! Was an amazing experience which she helped to make even better. The rest of the zoo was great too, food was good, we had loaded chips (bbq pulled pork) and a choc muffin. Great way to spend the day and a wonderful encounter we will never forget with the koalas. Thanks again Liz, you are awesome!

Lovely Wildlife Park! Loved feeding the kangaroos, emus, and goats. Definitely purchase some food as you enter the park. The park is laid out very well and did not feel crowded. All the enclosures are very well maintained, and all animals seem to have plenty of space. I am usually quite apprehensive about visiting zoos as they can be a bit sad - this is not one of them. Highly recommend!

One of my best experiences is due to the add-on of Koala 🐨 Encounter. My family enjoyed the experience all around, from taking photos with the Koalas and playing at the playground. It wasn't crowded or too large that we felt exhausted. We were able to spend a few hours with the kids.

We came here on a Monday with a six month, old son, and we had just the most easy, relaxed and fun filled day. Highly recommend coming on a sunny day to enjoy everything this Park has to offer. We particularly liked the petting zoo with the farm animals as well as the kangaroos, the play park as well with all the equipment available was also super enjoyable. This is a very family friendly place and will be coming here for many years. I’m sure.

What a fantastic experience for the Koala encounter. You are up close and personal with the soft cuddly Koalas. Fed them eucalyptus leaves and Jamba even bellowed for us! Wonderful experience. Also fed the kangaroos up close and personal watching those big middle toes of course and following instructions explicitly :)

LOVE LOVE LOVE this place. Got to touch, feed, and take photos with so many kangaroos. There is feed to purchase and you can walk right up to be surrounded by Australian wildlife. I still think about this place so much, and the core memory experience

A fantastic day out for all the family. Beautiful facilities. Lovely collection of animals (the baby koala was a highlight). Really informative talks (we loved the reptile show!) Staff who know a huge amount about what they're speaking on — and have a passion for the animals and an ability to communicate well with kids. And an amazing play park for the younger members of our party to run off energy. All in all a brilliant day out — I'd give it six stars if I could!

Thisis a "must do" visit! You can pet and feed Kangaroos, wallabies, koalas..... Lovely reptile house, wombats, cheetas, dingos, etc. BUT check out the schedules for animal presentations and encounters in advance for the full experience! And book your encounter! It's really worth it! The staff is super forthcoming, we came in the last opening hour and interaction with koalas was our greatest wish and they found a time slot for us to experience that. Amazing place, amazing animals and amazing dedicated people! Thank you for making our dream come through!
P.s. and there is a talking kackatoo , it was greeting me when I passed by the enclosure:)

Loved the place! I fully recommend it to kill some time and also know part of the wildlife that Australia has. It will take you no more than 2-2:30 hours to visit the whole place, but you will get very satisfied with everything.

I wasn’t able to try the food inside the place, so I can’t really comment about it.

Visited today and the lady doing the Meerkat and Cheetah presentations was amazing. Went above and beyond to answer our questions, very friendly and passionate about her work and sharing her knowledge. Made for an incredible experience. She should be proud of her customer service skills and the animals in her care because they all seemed well taken care of.

We enjoyed everything about Symbio & it was very noisy with lots of excited children. The Park keepers were excellent & made sure the welfare of all the animals was first class & the staff in the Cafe were very efficient serving the many visitors.

Been here a few times now and just love it!
Really great wildlife park that has a bit of everything. It’s not exhausting to walk around and the enclosures for the animals are all spacious and kid friendly.
Plenty of parking out the front and tickets are reasonable.
Can buy some bags of food to feed some of the animals and be hands on which is great for teaching the kids to respect animals boundaries and to recognise their behaviours.
In the warmer months there is a water play area which is great fun and nice to do after walking around the park. The food from the cafe is pretty good and we didn’t wait long, plenty of seating areas too. Really enjoy the day out each time we come!

What a great day out. It was graining but that didn't ruin our day at all. There are plenty of shelters to walk under whilst looking around at the animals.
The animal enclosures are great places for them to be, you can clearly see a lot time and effort has gone into designing the right place for them.
We had a koala experience so we got up close and had lots of photos taken.
You can feed and pet the Kangaroo's and goats for free, you can purchase the food at the front counter. It was $5 for 3 bags. Reasonably priced and money from this also goes towards helping keep the koalas in the wild with research etc. The wildlife park staff are all very knowledgeable and it was a very good day.
It is clean and tidy absolutely everywhere.
They harvest rain water and also lots of solar which is great too.
Definatly recommend

We visited on a Wednesday (out of school hols) and it was such a lovely relaxed vibe, not hectic at all, people around but not crowded, no queues, plenty of space. This park is so great, I highly recommend it particularly for younger children. My son is almost 2 and past zoo/Aquarium experiences have been huge letdowns with big crowds and long waits and too much space to possibly cover with a toddler. Symbio is the perfect size for this age, still loads to see but easily doable in a couple of hours. Playground and splash park are a huge added bonus! All the enclosures are clean and well kept and the animals all seem really relaxed and at ease. We will definitely be back!

We had so much fun here! Very nice and beautiful place to spend the weekend.
Single adult ticket was $42. Prices at the counter are same as online. You can buy some grass in the pocket to feed animals.
