Camera House - Leederville

My first visit to this store . Wanted some special photos developed and get a photo book for a birthday gift . The process wasn't simple as I am not really good with this exercise . But , special thanks to Kirby . She was so patient and made all the difference . Couldn't have asked for better service.

Fantastic customer service! Frank went above and beyond to help me out, putting the A6400 camera I was after aside for me, price matching a very good price on the Sigma 16mm lens I was after too and working out a great price for the other items I was also after (tripod and SD card). He took the time to show me a few different tripod options and I've been loving the Benro model he recomended me! Excellent experience and I'll be back for sure.

Wish I had gone to Camera house in the first place ! The young lady by the name of Kirby was so helpful she went above and beyond to help me with getting my photos and videos from my mobile phone to a usb . It wasn't easy but she made it possible . Anyone else probably would have said sorry no can do !!! She was patient and I must say best customer service experience I've had in a long time . Thanks Kirby for all your assistance 😊

Service takes the cake. Go all the way with getting things resolved. Had issues with my wife’s camera flash, the follow through was brilliant. Consistent follow up and feedback was received till the time she received a replacement flash.

Always have a great experience here. Went in today and staff spent ages helping me with fuji cameras even though I wasn't ready to purchase today. Super helpful and knowledgeable and really seemed to want to help me find the best fit for my needs.

I always find the personnel there very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. Good range of products. Convenient for access by car with free parking at the back. Also not far from the Leederville station of one prefers to get there by train.

I was wanting to get in the market of practicing photography but I was so confused on what sort of camera to get or what the pricing could have been. Not only were the staff friendly and attentive to my particular requests, they were also extremely informative and the best part is surprisingly very adorable to get set up with a quality rig well within my budget. I walked out a whole lot wiser and all setup ready to go. I’m so happy with the service I received. Outstanding customer service! Went into buy some film and they offered to help with a issue I was having with my camera. I was served by Nadia who really went above and beyond to make my experience in the store enjoyable.

My only gripe is that it's so far from where I live. Everytime I go, they always ask if I need any help, they talk about their products with enthusiasm and even price match products. I frequently shop here even when there are closer alternate camera stores. Parking isn't bad either.

Competitive prices and the staff were a full bottle on all the products I asked them about as well as being pleasant and willing to help. You can’t beat the value of knowledgeable advice. Highly recommend. 👍

Absolute best place to shop for camera gear, I've been trying to find a simple mic mount for weeks now from numerous different retailers in store and they've all been out of stock, rude or unhelpful, but finally Camera House came through in every way possible with stellar service, and not quite the exact product I needed, but he took the time of day to ask me some extra questions and finally came to a substitute that works perfectly. Shopping here for all my camera needs from now on. Thankyou so much!!

My go to place for camera gear and advice. Staff are always super friendly, very professional and happy to price match. They also add an extra year to the manufacturer warranty for free which is amazing!
