I stopped into the store to have a look for my grandson who has ODD. All the staff members were great although one women named Kelly was helpful from the moment she greeted me with a huge friendly smile. With Kelly’s suggestions of fidget like toys I have one happy entertained grandson. Thank you Casey’s toys and Kelly I will doing my Christmas shopping in narellan store that’s for sure.

Great experience at Narellan store today. Was after a particular toy for my daughter for Xmas and the staff were extremely helpful in finding me one as they did not have it instore.

Enormous range of high quality 🧸🪀 - educational, for different age groups, games for grownups, outdoor sports equipment, LEGO, 🎎 and much more. Very polite and friendly staff.

Visited the store a week ago to buy some WWE wrestlers for my 7yr old. They have a great range one of the best I've found. The staff was very friendly and went above and beyond to help locate certain wrestlers.

Caseys Toys Narellan is fabulous - they have toys in stock that have been unavailable at other toy stores since they were released. Lovely staff helped me do an incognito lay by right under 4yos nose. Super helpful, super awesome!

This is a Toy store that delivers excellent customer service. Staff members Daniel and Simone are both very customer service oriented and both deserve to be paid top dollar for doing their jobs well. I was very impressed with this store's method of assisting the customer.

Excellent customer service. Particularly from Claire who helped rectify an issue I had with a broken Christmas gift. She went well beyond my expectations to help. She is also always happy and friendly towards my 3yo and I.

Staff were extremely helpful and kind, especially Daniel. He was patient and very informative on what paint colours and tools I would need to put together my model.

Awesome toy shop and radio controlled toys for the big kids and model train sets etc great location and friendly staff.

Went in to get a gift for a party this weekend and the store attendant was only to happy to show me everything that was within my budget. She really took the time to help me out. Amazing service!

Decent range of products such as Lego, Hornsby model trains, and quite lot more then just a kids toy shop would recommend to hobbyist. Staff are quite friendly as well.

They have a lot of different stock including some serious hobby items such as R/C kits and and even modeling kits. Definitely worth a look. Staff are friendly and helpful also.

Love this store! Has everything and the prices are great. I am always satisfied with my purchase and I never leave the store empty handed. Lucky grandbabies.....
