Disappointing and annoying that opening hours are totally incorrect. My friends and I drove from Wembley to Warwick in peak hour traffic as website stated Thursday closing was 9pm. We arrived at 6pm and were told that the store was closing in 15 minutes.

I have shopped at Millers for years. Today I asked for a refund (something I had bought for my 99 year 9ld mother in law) I was to.d no in no uncertain terms and when I said I would go to store where I purchased I was told that wouldn’t happen.
Unfortunately the the staff was talking to the other store and started to bag me whether or not she realised I was still in the store I have no idea.I was actually looking for a replacement garnet.
I would not bring myself down to her level of ridicule. I will also never shop at Millers again Word of Mouth.is a big thing and I will def put it out there.
