I just accidentally broke a glass picture there.. I felt extremely bad and rushed to the counter to apologise and pay the damages. But, the staff members were so nice and asked me not to panic. They said accidents happen but the good thing is that you didn’t just walk away. I am really impressed with the way the sweet girl handled the situation and made me feel ok. Thank you so much for understanding and being there for your customers.

Hey everyone I would just like to tell everyone this amazing staff member Izzy she was so smart and very lovely to talk to on a Sunday morning she showed me where everything was what a lovely young lady so too all those people who think that there was bad reviews in this workplace well you wrong ! I went into red dot to find the product I was looking for I spent a few minutes trying to find the product I needed then out of no where one of the team members (Jordan) was able to tell me where the product was and he had an excellent attitude towards me as a customer and made sure that it was the right product I needed.

Have enjoyed shopping here over the past few years. Staff are always helpful and friendly.
