Amazing coffee and chocolate, one of my favourite places for coffee, they do the coffee the best way, really enjoyed they staff professional attitude, highly recommended and I'll go back here for sure

Some things are reasonably priced and some and just eat too expensive for what you are getting.

Really like this store. They had many deals so we bought a big goodies bag. Alice the staff who served us was really friendly and cheerful.

Service 110% could not be more helpful store I. Charge was so lovely explain what is what & the special they going for the day or week and she gave plenty of recommendations for types of gifts. I always go there they have the chocolates on sold in Lindt premises not in shop likes Coles or Wollies. If you ask questions you get your true answers 🍫 🍫 chocolates.

It wouldn't be Easter without a visit to Lindt. I had to find expert merchandiser Tracey in Coles, consolidating stock because it was hopping off the shelves. Good work Tracey. I couldn't leave without an indulgence of Milk Hazelnut Eggs.

Courteous assistant. I was lost at Macquarie Centre and asked for directions.

The female assistant gave me detailed instructions how to reach my destination. She did not seem put out at all by my request which interrupted her the task she was doing

Lindt chocolate truffles and confectionery since 1845. Wide variety of chocolates 🍫 which always makes a great gift. Reasonably priced, helpful and lovely staff, ample parking.

Been frequenting here over 4 years and staff have always been helpful and polite. Love the varieties and how I can choose/mix my favourites. Hot chocolate is also nice and one I indulge in every once in a while.

I try to avoid when it looks busy because it seems understaffed at times but the line moves at a decent pace.

I’m not overly fussed on Lindt chocolates but know a lot of others really like it and it’s their favourite brand. With this in mind and as previously done, I chose to make my rather substantial Christmas purchase at Macquarie Centre purely because of the friendly, pleasant, knowledgeable customer service provided by Gayle who works there. Although I forgot the name of the other lady, she was also very nice. Gayle also makes a brilliant coffee.

Staff have always been friendly and helpful, beyond what's expected of retail staff. Managed to save some money with their recommendations on how to 'game' the system of pick and choose your own without sacrificing what I want to buy.

I'd give them 4 and a half stars due to the lackluster coffee, but Google doesn't do half stars. So 5 stars it is.

Delicious ice cream treats

I had a wonderful experience yesterday at this store. One of the staff members was kind enough to help me with the pick and mix area. She was so kind and helpful, I must've looked confused as this was my first time at this store. Exceptional customer service!

Out of all the Lindt cafes I have been to across NSW, this venue make the best dark mocha’s with almond milk and the manager who was once at Birkenhead point is now here…helpful and friendly to all customers, always smiling staff

While it can be a bit pricey, it is justified by the quality of service, and definitely the quality of product! The lady serving me was probably one of the nicest people I’ve ever met in my entire life. Gail, you’re amazing!!

I am seriously addicted to the hazelnut milkshake and the classic milk hot chocolate, the absolute number 1 shop for your chocolate drinks, not to mention the vast range of fresh handmade chocolates available in store. They often have 20-50% off promotions on select products which is a great opportunity to try something new. A must try for any chocolate lover!

Service was excellent (at a time when you can't get any good customer service anywhere anymore). Staff extra polite and very helpful, got out of their way to ensure I got exactly what I needed :)

Dream dream dream! Going into that boutique is a dream come true! Love all the lindt chocolate, try their hot drinks! Unfortunately tasting is only allowed for some kind of chocolate so I couldn't buy what I wanted. As for my favorite kind its. Simply the red milk one! WAW

Had the pleasure to visit Lindt’s first Chocolate Boutique in Australia. It’s different from
the cafe / stores as the boutique carries connoisseur & premium Lindt chocolate ranges that can’t be found in the other stores. The boutique also offers their chocolate drinks in store, but only as takeaway. This is a heaven for Lindt chocolate fans!
