Big Bedding Australia - Goose Down Quilt & Pillows Australia

Having purchased a Puradown doona a few years ago from BigBedding, we knew, when we decided to upgrade to a bigger size that we would purchase through them again. The doona is amazing quality and, whilst expensive, it was still half the price of some of the retail stores, but double the quality. Shipping was free, and also very fast!!!! Highly recommend them

We ordered the King size goose down pillows and had a really quick delivery time. Unfortunately we received standard size pillows, however the team responded immediately to my email, outside business hours, and the next day were able to fix up the issue. Great customer service in that regard and the price was the most competitive for the same product elsewhere. Yet to sleep on the pillows but they feel amazing!

Fantastic value for money. Top quality merchandise. Super easy to use website to purchase from and helpful friendly staff at the end of the phone if you prefer to order that way or have any questions. Delivery was trouble free also. Omg! What a fantastic company to deal with. Sensational prices. Safely packaged. No fuss. Forgot to add my discount, called them up, no worries, they refunded it to PayPal as we spoke. If you would like me to save you some time and bother, then take my advice and don't look elsewhere, go straight there. I had the most amazing experience as a customer of Big Bedding Australia. Researching the warmest doonas, I came across this store online and noticed their message centre. It was 11pm and I thought I’d be speaking to a bot. I was very surprised a gentlemen called James answered all of my questions in detail. Even sending me online links to some of the best goose down doonas on the Big Bedding website and which ones are recommended for my needs living off grid in the wilds of Tasmania.

I changed my mind after purchasing a Puradown Goose down doona and wanted to upgrade to an even more luxurious Puradown product, and that still was no problem to the team at Big Bedding.

Also, getting goods to my area is often tough, in fact many companies refuse to look at solutions. As this company normally deals with a courier service and I’m on a remote island, James and the team went to extraordinary lengths and personally went to the post office to ensure I’d receive my doona.
I’m tucked up in bed now, so warm and happy with my purchase!

Service was excellent. I was browsing the Website and the Chat popped up. It was a real person. I was able to ask what would be the best for us. I wanted an underlay and a doona. The underlay was posted and arrived promptly. The doona had to be made in Australia and arrived a week later. It certainly is of high quality. Wonderful experience and would definitely shop again.
