Sydney Tools Five Dock

I swore I wrote a review here before, but apparently not. These guys were great when I really needed it - I was urgently looking for a die for a ball joint and they were great, showed me the part - but then my debit card stopped working. They were great and helped me out so much, being calm and offering me help in trying to figure out what in the world was going wrong with my bank, eventually I solved it, bought the part and scooted off on my merry little way!

Very big store Maybe even superstore!!!!!

From now on, I will go to Sydney tools for tools rather than Bunnings. So much more choices!

The staff Luke is really rude and he doesn't have experience on how to communicate with the customer. So, I was very disappointed by his behaviour.

Best customer service I ever had by Timothy and Alex. They are stars, give them a raise or something may be.
Helped me in choosing the best compressor for me, did not had that available at the moment . They called other stores to find one for me, arranged shipping at my place. They understood my personal limitations, being so empathetic , happy faces and have excellent way of talking to a customer.

Visited this store for the first time with no knowledge on the CPI lasers, I was then approached by a gentlemen by the name of Alex who had guided me with his knowledge on the laser levels. It is good to see a store that puts the customer first! 5 stars!!

I usually go to Sydney Tools Alexandria but occasionally they don't have the item I want in stock so after Alexandria store rings Five Dock, for me and confirming that they have what I want, I sometimes go there.
Same faultless service same helpful advice and above all....nice, knowledgable people.
If you're not buying from Sydney Tools at any of their locations, you're probably paying too much and you just might be missing out on some great advice and service.
After all five star service is what you want, isn't it?

To all you people who are writing negative reviews......What is your case?
I have never had anything but GREAT SERVICE from any of Sydney Tools stores.
I am nobody special, just an average bloke needing tools and good service of which I get both.
Think about how you approach people, listen to what they have to say and then respectfully and quietly deal with any problems you have.If someone came at you in a confronting way, just think how you would react.
No I don't work for this company and no I have no vested interest in writing this review other than being totally truthful.

Heard about their grand opening sale today on the radio, always wanted to buy some power tools for the house and it was no better time than now to buy it with the promos they had on. Some big asian guy John was very helpful with both finding the products I needed and providing his opinion on the products i had interests in or had trouble choosing between. He even helped with carrying the products for me too, even though i could have done it myself. A down to earth kinda guy that you would want to be served by at the store!! he spoke with so much confidence and knowledge that i was surprised he had only started there 2 weeks ago! give this man a bonus!

the store was also very clean and spacious making thing easy to find

John at five dock store was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Helped me so much with torque wrenches and polishers. The team are extremely knowledgeable on tools and will guide you the the best equipment for your use
