I've been strongly impressed with House of Isabella's service. Not only do they have amazing and high quality products, but their processing of orders, deliveries and communication thereof, have been exceptional. It's so rare in this day and age to get such personal service. Their online chat representative is always available, and always helpful. For the couple of times that there has been an issue with my order, they've been quick to let me know about it and to provide a new delivery timeframe....and they stick to it. I bought a datsun armchair from House of Isabella. I had seen similar chairs elsewhere but this was about the best price I saw and then I got it during a sale so even better. The chair looks as good in real life as it does online and it gets nothing but compliments. There were no issues whatsoever - I just bought it online and it arrived as described but a bit sooner than the estimated time. The delivery company was also excellent and called to check we were available before delivering.

We recently purchased Carved French Louis leaner mirror from House of Isabella. The company called a day before to organise the delivery and once the mirror arrived, it was perfect. After a long wait due to covid delays, my clock finally arrived today. House Of Isabella kept in touch with me during the whole process and although I was offered a refund if I didn't want to wait, I'm glad I did because its beautiful! And it's already hung up now in my Dad's kitchen. He loves it.

I ordered some stools online and the freight costs were excessively high. I contacted H of I and within 30 mins they had reviewed my order with the freight costs and sent me an invoice. Stools arrived within the week. You can't get better service than that! PS, the stools are perfect.

I was a little nervous about ordering my dining table through House of Isabella as some of their reviews weren't great and, as others have pointed out, they have no fixed address/contact point outside of email in Australia, but I'm very glad I did. I pre-ordered my table, which had an expected Christmas Eve release date and received it two weeks later. I saved about $500 from ordering through House of Isabella rather than the city furniture store where I'd originally seen the table.
