Bush Lemon Farm

Bought some preservative free sausages and crumbed steak to try. My hubby LOVED the sausages. He is extremely fussy when it comes to sausages, so this is a big win. I was impressed by how little fat came out when cooking. He said the steak was good too! Love that we can now buy local, grass fed meat straight from the farmer.

Just had the most delicious feed of lamb chops (loin and shoulder). Nice and tender, thick and juicy.... can't believe how much better the flavour is compared to supermarket lamb. Will definitely buy again.

I was told how great this was from Tasman holiday park and I thought I have to give it a go. I bought the lamb chops, lasagna and lamb ribs. The lamb chops were pretty bad no curly tails, thin , full of gristle, very disappointing. I thought maybe we got a bad batch. We then ate the lasagna.. yuk the meat tasted totally weird…I think they forgot to put tomatoes in the sauce. It tasted more like a Shepards pie.. would not recommend at all. The ribs I’m a bit gun shy..
