Drakes Eyre

This is my local Drakes. Love shopping here. The staff really make a difference. They're always so friendly and have gotten to know me over the years.

They're helpful in getting me items that are sold out on the shelf, I really appreciate that.

Good range of groceries, bakery has fresh items daily, delicatessen staff are helpful. No issues finding a carpark.

Not crazy busy as other shops in the area, which is great if you want to get a few things without having to worry about big crowds, like Munno Para or rampant shoplifting like Playford.
The isles are nicely spacious as well, so you aren't running into one another.

I've shopped at Drakes all around Adelaide. This is by far the best customer service and particularly the Deli section, I have experienced many times. You are employing the right young people. 😊

Your deli worker Georgia is a huge asset to your company. I always try to come in when I know she's set the warm foods up. They always look amazing, cooked perfectly and makes me want to buy everything in the cabinet. Cooks those dimsims to perfection too, they're what keeps me coming back.

I shop at Drake's because it's South Aussie, I've just about always had great service etc.
EXCEPT FOR TODAY !
If anyone knows this shopping centre there's a x lotto counter tucked in corner by the checkout area and it's not the easiest thing to get to when you have a trolley. When I go to get my tickets I park my trolley in a small gap so I can get to the counter. Anyway this person behind the other service area looked at me and had a go at me quite rudley and said go the other way you can't get through there. I said I beg your pardon I parked the Trolley so I can get my lotto.
Sadly I got annoyed and slightly angry. Anyway I asked to speak to the manager and explained I wasn't happy with her attitude. I said I shop here because it's great except for today. He was ok said take it easy it's hot outside which made me laugh. I was pissed off with how she spoke to me
Anyway all good I'll keep shopping there but won't go to xlotto counter 🤗

Thought I would put it out there Drake Supermarket at Ayre is absolutely the best for competitive prices, super friendly staff, always have heaps of stock.Welcoming and warm friendly staff, best decision putting a Drake in the area.

But of an errie place. Nice selection though

Young Amy in the Deli was so helpful and accommodating this afternoon, she made my life easy and took the drama of "what's for dinner " out of my life.

Great variety of food and brands and they have all of my favourites, clean and well presented too. Not to mention friendly staff. Definitely my go to in the area now!

I highly reccomend Drake Eyre, it is an awesome layout, with very friendly staff. Come and enjoy your own experience

i visit this store once a fortnight i find it a treat with the layout of the store and the volume of products , [ minus the bloody treacle wich i got at Gawler store ] . the staff are very approachable and so helpful especially the lovely Georgia in the deli section seems nothings to hard to satisfy wat i need when i shop for the suppers for the darts team, big tick fer u Georgia, and the girls at the check counter so so friendly always smiling and happy makes my experience at Eyre a pleasure, regards George. cheers.

Love this supermarket they have such a big variety of goods

Clean and well stocked. Staff friendly and helpful, had one item that was not on the shelf and the staff member down the aisle knew they had the stock in the storeroom and was more than happy to get it for me. Check out staff friendly and engaging with the customers , a real plus.

Very new store big range well setup pricing very competitive prices ground floor ample parking wheelchair access senior's discount Wednesday 5%off total shop also has cellarbrations bottleshop wide aisles clean tidy now has xlotto outlet in store and staff always there to help gets busy when schools finish fruit and vegetables are quality internal bakery great store always changing things

I shopped here for the first time ever and it happened to be on a Saturday afternoon at around 3pm.
I was surprised to see EVERYTHING fully stocked, the place was super clean, and when I asked for help the staff were courteous and knowledgeable. The deli section staff especially knew what they were selling.
There were plenty of specials, and it did not take me long to so a week's worth of shopping. I have been shopping at a competitor for years simply because they were closer to me and from now on I will be making the 2km trip further to shop here.
Very impressed customer.

Relatively new store, large aisles for 2 way trolley movement.

Staff very friendly and helpful and best part all shelves were full and I could shop without being hindered by staff packing shelves and boxes all over the place.

Prices are average but they do have markdown items for those who are budget conscious.

Plenty of parking and very clean store
